8 km from Conques, one of the jewels of the Way of St Jacques de Compostela, La Roquette is near the village of Grand Vabre on the banks of the Lot. This barn, restored in 2009, benefits from modern comforts. It is located next to our home, on the square of the small village of Pruines. This village is a little off the main roads. The climate is pleasant because Pruines is conveniently located halfway between the Dourdou valley and the Lunel plateau. The medieval village of Conques is about fifteen km away, walking through the Duzou and Dourdou valleys. The city of Rodez is 25 km away.
