In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

Nice farmhouse with history from the 1800s

Cozy courtyard house with history from the 1800s. Here you will live nicely and sleep well, a perfect starting point for excursions! Close to road 52, in the middle of the community and a horse feed factory in the nearby area that can be noisy during the day on weekdays, but in the evenings and on weekends it is quiet. You can charge your electric car at Stigtomtagården, just a short walk away. 15 km to Nyköping, 10 minutes to Skavsta Airport, 30 minutes to Kolmården Zoo, 50 km to Norrköping and 100 km to Stockholm.

Lillstugan Olstorp

Bara ett stenkast från sjön Yngaren finns denna stuga som är perfekt för er som vill njuta av lugnet och vackra omgivningar. Nere vid sjön finns en privat strand där det går att bada eller umgås. Stugan är på ca 30 kvm och består av kök/matrum, ett sovrum med en 160 cm säng samt ett mindre badrum med toa och dusch. Endast en kort bit från fastigheten finns Harhålets badplats där det även finns en vandringsled. Stugan ligger 1 mil från stigtomta där det finns bensinstation, pizzeria och Ica.

Charlottastugan

Charlottastugan ligger avskilt och erbjuder ett fridfullt boende omgivet av vacker natur och en kort promenad till bad och fiske i sjön Yngaren. Här bor ni rymligt i två plan med en separat gäststuga med plats för två personer. Bottenvåning med nyrenoverat kök och flera bekvämligheter så som diskmaskin. I vardagsrummet finns öppenspis och bäddsoffa. Badrummet har dusch, toalett och tvättmaskin. Övervåningen har ett stort sovrum med dubbelsäng och ett mindre sovrum med två enkelsängar.

Fullt utrustat hus om 180kvm byggt 2016 i charmig, äldre stil där kök och umgänges ytor finns på entréplan och de fyra sovrummen en trappa ner. Från köket når ni balkong på övre plan och ett inglasat uterum finns under denna. 2 badrum samt tvättstuga med tvättmaskin, torktumlare och torkskåp. Skogen där du hittar smultron, blåbär och svamp finns bakom huset och framför har ni utsikt över sjö och hagar. Nedanför huset finns badplats. Roddbåt ingår i hyran. Hundar är välkomna i detta boende.

Lakelands is a lyxury lakeside house with magnificant view through the paanoramic windows over the Tisnaren lake. It´s situated in the area of the manor house Beckershof with beautiful surroundings in the middle of the nature. The house is situated 30 meters from the water. You have a small beach, jetty and a souna on a jetty of your own. A small boat is also includes in wich ou can make trips along the lake. The house is very comfortable and has very relaxing atmosfer all year round!

The plot of the house is adjacent to a marina where there is a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat. Rocks and beach swimming nearby. Oxelösund is a fantastic archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good connections with highway only to Oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.
