La casa è disposta su tre livelli: Ingresso salotto, cucina attrezzata, camera con letto alla francese (140 cm), bagno ampio e locale lavanderia al piano terra. Al 1 piano una camera con due letti singoli, una seconda camera matrimoniale, un bagno, e se necessario, una seconda cucina. Completa la casa un'ampia terrazza al secondo e ultimo piano

Elegant home with amazing views

Our comfortable house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else you wish. We will help you arrange it. Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

Love Nest in the Heart of Sardinia

The little house on Via Pia is a small historic house from 1880, typically built with local stone: the black basalt of the Abbasanta plateau. "Casetta", because everything seems in small format... the small windows, the bread oven, the courtyard. A comfortable and cozy love nest, suitable for those who want to live sensory experiences (especially gastronomic!) in this lesser-known part of Sardinia, which alternates sea, plain, hill and mountain and a living, authentic tradition

Casa Machiavelli

Spacious 120 sqm apartment in the historic center of Cuglieri overlooking the main street, on the second floor of a family building from the 1920s. You will find an old house that has kept the original furnishings and the art deco spirit of the time. The building was originally acquired by my great-grandfather and still belongs to my family. We live on the third floor (two adults and a child), while guests will have the entire apartment on the second floor.

Beautiful loft studio with large panoramic veranda. It is the largest of two small adjoining apartments -with a private entrance- of a country house built in 2019, Sa Canistedda. Sa corbe can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. On the ground floor there is the living area and the bathroom; the loft houses the sleeping area. The veranda has a comfortable outdoor shower and is ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners. The garden and play area can be shared.

Si accede dal parcheggio per raggiungere un suggestivo balcone panoramico.

It is about 18 km from the seaside resort of Bosa Marina and 20 km from the beaches of S'Archittu. Porto Alabe beach is about 12 km away. It is the ideal place to spend your holidays in peace.
