Casa Vella Arrero, is a typical mountain house of the XVIII century, completely restored since 2018, where at all times the essence of the typical constructions of the Pyrenees has been wanted, with stone and wood. The house has an innate, rustic and elegant charm where it has been possible to introduce elements of comfort and modernity . The house is all lit through a warm lighting system with LEDs, in line with the rest environment offered by its location.

Le Bosc is the new experience of Maison Prats. Nestled in the heart of the Ariège Pyrenees, in Cominac (1h40 from Toulouse), this private cottage of 70 m², elegantly restored, offers a total immersion in the forest with views of Mont Valier. Living room with bay window, fireplace, friendly kitchen, spacious bedroom and Japanese cedar bath. Enjoy a spring water pool, heated Jacuzzi and outdoor areas (barbecue, petanque). Can Comella is integrated into the urban fabric of the town of Gavarra, a town that in the mid-twentieth century was linked to the municipality of Coll de Nargó.
