We had a very cozy stay. Here was everything the family needed to have nice days and pleasant nights. Well-equipped kitchen, nice and clean bathrooms, good beds and cozy outdoor area. Recommend the place, especially for families with children.

Stine's place was great - a very beautiful well furnished home in the Biskopshavn neighbourhood North of Bergen. Everything inside was comfortable and well laid out for us. The three first floor bedrooms were all comfortable, though note the middle one needs to be accessed via one of the others. The second floor living space is modern and beautiful, and the third floor loft was comfortable as well. Checking-in was very easy. Note that driving to the house requires going up some narrow sloping streets - we managed okay with a large SUV but make sure you're comfortable driving in tight spaces if you want to come with a big car. Overall would definitely recommend!

The check-in was very smooth and we were really thankful that we could check-in a bit early since we have big luggages with us. The house is located on the hill so the view at night was really magnificent. I stayed in the room under the attic and I could actually oversee almost the entire city. So it was really lovely at night. The kitchen is well equipped and function considering that the house itself is quite old. We could cook big meals for 5 people without any problems. Overall, we really like the place. It’s only 15 mins walk from the city center and easy to get around. Nice view, private and quiet at night. I would definitely come back again if I visit Bergen. A nice and cozy house with great amenities. Especially the piano and the foosball table. The location is very good. It is very quiet and yet you can easily get to the city or the airport by tram line 1 without having to change trains. A supermarket is within walking distance. The house is well suited for families. We felt very comfortable.

We stayed at Hilde's house for 2 nights, and felt right at home. The house was immaculate, the master bedroom and bathroom were extremely large ( the second bedroom and bed is smaller). The living room is very comfortable with a huge sectional and the second bathroom comes with a washer and dryer, which was much appreciated! Hilde welcomed us with a fruit and chocolate platter, and the kitchen was very well stocked. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on a different floor from the living area. Hilde checked on us throughout the visit to make sure we had all we needed. This is a great home for a family to rent while in the Bergen area...close to two grocery stores and lots of parking.

We had a fantastic stay in Frode's wonderful house which is situated in a lovely part of Bergen - very peaceful but close to the centre. The house was really comfortable to stay in - beautifully decorated, bright, airy and clutter free! Very clean and tidy on arrival. Communication with Frode was incredibly easy and helpful. Highly recommended!

Great, The house is usually inhabited and there are personal belongings, if you are not used to it, it is strange but there is plenty of space. They left us a nice welcome gift.

Amazing location! I stayed here with some family through the 17th of May (Norway’s Constitution Day and biggest holiday) and it was so easy to walk downtown and run back if we needed anything. Pros: The space is beautiful and BIG, beds are insanely comfortable and I wouldn’t have minded sleeping on the couches, full kitchen with full size refrigerator, chest freezer in the laundry room, functioning washer/dryer in its own separate room, extra half bathroom, big semi-private front courtyard, a ton of extra towels, market right around the corner Cons: washer beeps when it’s done so make sure it’s not running before bed, kitchen cooking utensils were a bit lacking - had to buy basic kitchen amenities like oil, salt and pepper, really high quality dish ware was provided which seemed great but not practical for everyday use. Overall a wonderful place and would love to stay again!

Great accommodation at Explore Bergen. Quickly reach the city by bus. Check in was also possible earlier. Apartment cozy and had everything you needed. Very nice hostess!

A lovely and well equipped apartment to come home to after a day exploring the area and Bergen. The cute cups and vases with flowers, so thoughtful! We felt very much at home; the kitchen is able to cook very fully and nicely. Thank you Anders and Anne for hospitality!

This was an amazing spot for our 3 day stay in Bergen. The instructions were perfect, the space was big enough for the two of us that we felt comfortable spending slow mornings there, enjoying tea and espresso. And the view from right outside our door, wow! The walk down to the center of Bergen was pretty short and it was fun navigating the streets and staircases down. Having the Promsgate funicular stop nearby was also helpful after a morning spent biking up at Fløyen. We enjoyed our stay, and Ørjan and Camille were so kind as to be flexible for our needs. We'd very happily return!

We were very satisfied with the accommodation and with the communication with Siv who was always very responsive and kind! The view from the house is breathtaking, the accommodation is easily accessible even without a car. We highly recommend this listing!!!

The cabin exceeded our expectations and was really breathtaking. Not usually a morning person but after waking up to the beautiful view, I’ve never been more appreciative of it. Richard has been very helpful of the process to getting us the best experience for our visit. Which made it also easier to plan ahead. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone who is looking for peaceful and comfortable place, even if it’s just for a short period or longer.

Host is very responsive and receptive. The house is beautiful and one with its surroundings. You stare right onto the water. No complaints. I would definitely come back again.

We absolutely loved this house and it made our trip so much more enjoyable! Our kids loved getting in the hot tub after exploring for the day. There is a waterfall a little ways behind the home that was fun to explore. The beds were insanely comfortable and overall everything felt spacious and cozy! I will say that I was a bit surprised at the walk to the house. I’m not sure why I was expecting a paved walkway that would be easy to carry your luggage on but it is definitely not that. Ha! It is very steep at the end and when carrying your luggage it feels like it is never ending. I would absolutely recommend you use the ATV service if you have anything more than carryon luggage. We were looking to experience a little of a Norwegian hytte and enjoyed our stay tremendously. What a thoughtfully planned and beautifully designed place. Thank you for sharing this amazing space for others to enjoy. We took a dip in the Fjord, enjoyed the stillness of the forest, and took in the unforgettable views of the water and hills. It was sufficiently far from major town centers while still having a small town center ( Eikelandsosen) 10 minutes away by car with supermarket and amenities. A wonderful location.

We had a wonderful trip and stay. The house is an absolute dream and just as beautiful as in the pictures. We felt very comfortable, like at home. The location is perfect, quiet and beautiful. Our host Linda is very attentive and friendly, we will be back very soon. That was my best Norway experience so far :)

We had a fantastic stay at the house of Ingvild. Stunning views, a private beach, the boathouse and a lot of activities for the kids. We spend a lot of time in the garden with a lot of nice spots to sit and just relax or read a book. It was hard to leave this little paradise!

It was fabulous, great information provided by Adijol and he has great response time for any queries, the location was great and my partner loved the kayaks. there was parking outside and was central and a great spot. Would defiantly come back and recommend to anyone!
