Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Seocho District

Gaya, very much thank you for the perfect korea holiday as he was so helpful on everything. Transport, Food, deliveries, places. you name it he got it. Moon was a very very perfect tour guide as well, friendly, helpful, making sure everyone was looked after. If anyone travelling to Korea, just look for gaya or Coze group and you will have a hassle free holiday despite having elders or babies. Very much highly recommended to stay with Coze vacation rentals.

The place looks just like the photos, with beautifully framed views of Itaewon from multiple windows. We stayed here as a grown family of 5, and found the space more than ample. Well considered, very close to the bars and shops yet distant enough to not have disturbances. Like with many Korean homes, accessing the flat requires walking up one flight of a narrow outdoor staircase which is unideal in the rain. But if you have no mobility issues and a light enough suitcase this is not a problem at all. Would stay here again in the future, and host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout. Great first impression of Korean hospitality!

Spacious two-bedroom layout provided ample room for our group. The location offered convenient access to public transportation, making city exploration easy. Traditional Korean design elements added a charming and authentic touch. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a comfortable and well-situated base for discovering Seoul.

perfect location and cozy place

I can not express enough how absolutely perfect this place is, and how great of a host KJ and Paul were. I really think AirBNB should hire them to teach more hosts on how to really make the experience memorable! The Hanok very traditional on the outside, but absolutely renovated in the inside. Everything from new bidet toilets to extensively stocked cabinets you won't need much as far as toiletries and necessities. KJ and Paul went out of the way to have us picked up from the airport, to local restaurant recommendations that were excellent. The homes location is a perfect jumping point to the best castles and shrines, all with excellent markets and shopping within walking distance. Really this is the place to book if you are in Seoul I promise you will be amazed.

We had a pleasant stay. The location was good. 3min from the bus stop. The host was very responsive. On the way to the property we got lost and she helped us to navigate. We also got lots of recommendations on local restaurants , attractions.

Very comfortable place with a nice rooftop. We enjoyed staying at this place very much. It is a good location, close to multiple bus and underground stations. One of the rooms is a bit small, but worked for us.

It is a great place to relax with phytonchit and red clay scents. It's in the forest, so the air is good.

Very good value for money stay coming here every year

The place looked exactly like the photos with well-curated furniture and decorations. My friend and I had a great time. It's in a quiet area close to lots of cool cafes and restaurants. The only watchout is that it's a 2nd floor walk-up and the stairs are quiet steep, so if you're traveling with a heavy luggage, be ready for a workout.

My stay in the apartment was great. There was everything I needed - separate shower in the bathroom, kitchen with utensils, big bed, a table with a mirror, a TV and AC. I felt safe as a solo f traveler in the area as there was a password needed to enter the building as well as there was cctv. Also the area was nice, quiet and close to the metro lines 1 and 2 so it was convenient to transport to other neighbourhoods. Overall a 10/10 stay and I'd love to come back someday!

It was so good! 😍 The host was so kind, and I was impressed that he responded quickly and kindly whenever I asked. There were 2 rooms, 2 queen beds, and 2 bathrooms, so I stayed with my in-laws and baby, and there was no discomfort at all. There was everything from home cinema, tea, coffee machine, swimming pool, and barbecue, so I didn't have time to get bored even if I played all day in the accommodation. The bed was fluffy, so I slept well, and the area around the accommodation was quiet, so I really healed! Heyri Village was also close, so it was nice to go. I'm satisfied with the facilities, location, and atmosphere, so I want to come again with my friends next time! :)

Hi boss! It's been a long time since I gathered with my really close friends on the weekend and had a really fun and cozy rest. The host is very kind, and when you arrive, please explain how to use it step by step! Thank you for responding so well even though we contacted you late at night because it was getting cold-! The accommodation is much better than the photos and is optimized for multiple people. We used both the barbecue and the cauldron, but it was easy to eat, so we were quite satisfied and ate:) The subtle cypress scent spreading in the room is also pleasant. The tools were clean and tidy, so it was really nice to use. We all complimented this place so much. I want to use it again next time! I'll book here when I get together Thank you.☺️☺️

If you like the countryside atmosphere and nature and raise a dog, it's great!

It's much better than the picture ^ ^ I hesitated thinking about a pension that was a little old because of the curtains, and I went to see that the air was so good, and it was much cleaner and better than I thought. Ethan master bedroom wallpaper is not stained, it's just a simple white, and the bedding is fluffy and clean white ^ ^ The bathroom is newly renovated, so it's clean and pretty. The kitchen is tidy, has everything you need, and there is a bed for two on the second floor, clean bedding, and a small balcony where you can go outside. If you open the large window of the living room on the first floor, you can eat while listening to the sound of rain on the roofed individual balcony, and I couldn't use it this time, but there is also an individual balcony grill ^ ^ And it was really clean that there was no dust in every corner, and there was no dust in the mosquito nets and window sills... And the most important thing!! The air is really good. I knew what it was that the air was sweet. Surrounded by the mountains, you can't hear the sound of cars... I had a really quiet rest. I want to go there again. ^ ^

I stayed with about 25 large families for my grandmother's birthday. There were a lot of people and the period was short, so I asked about this and the owner responded kindly. Both pensions were used alone, and there were a lot of utensils and tableware, and I was able to stay without any inconvenience. Above all, my grandmother was satisfied with being big and pleasant, and the whole family was complimented ~ ~ ^ ^ I think I'll come again if I catch my next family trip!! Thank you!

It's been a long time since I went to a large scale with my friends and children, and it was so nice. Especially, the jjimjilbang is so charming. The yard wasn't too big, it wasn't small, and it was good for children to play. Even though I arrived a little early, I was ready to check in, and he kindly guided me. I think it would be good to go in the spring.

It was an accommodation that I suddenly caught with my family of 2 nights and 3 days in a hurry, and it was much more than I expected ~ ~ it was much better than I expected. First of all, the mountain view is amazing ~ The first floor has a living room, kitchen, toilet, and loess room, and the second floor is wide and there are many windows, so the space is so pretty and I liked it. The pool was also laid for a day, so there was nothing lacking for the chill to cool down. It was so unfortunate for 2 nights, so I added an additional night, so I stayed until the end of the late checkout ~ ~ I'm very satisfied!! However, it was a little difficult because there was a slope with a parking space, and it was a little disappointing that the bathroom and refrigerator were small, but there were more things I liked nonetheless, so it was 10000% willing to use it again!!♡♡ Next time, I want to catch it as a meeting place for adults without kids, drink morning coffee, watch the morning coffee, watch the stars, and take a time to heal ~ I had a really good time ~ Thank you ~ ~ ~ ~!! flourish ~ ~!!

The accommodation was very spacious and clean! I went into the accommodation with my luggage outside, and the air conditioner was turned on in advance, so I was touched by the way you were considerate because it was so cool as soon as I opened the door. It's close to a place where you can play in the water. The neighborhood is quiet, so I think I had a really good rest! It was such a pity that it was only for one night compared to a large accommodation I think I'll have to catch it for 2 nights next time:) I had a good time playing and resting well ~ ~

It was nice that the host was kind and responded quickly. The outdoor barbecue and fire pit were the best. The brunch set for breakfast seemed to be given one per night, and it was delicious. If you walk a little in front of the accommodation, there is a bus stop, where you can go to the arboretum or take a bus to Cheongpyeong Station. You can go back and forth enough!! At night, it was so close to the next room that I could hear the conversation well, but it didn't bother me too much.
