Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Seongdong-gu

I had a great 2 weeks stay in this little apartment. It's perfect for a short stay as a solo traveler. The little rooftop space is a nice addition ! It was close to the station by foot and there are some nice restaurant around, as well as a cafe with good prices and convenience stores nearby. The place was clean and cosy and I felt at home. It's not so far from all the places to visit and with the climate card, it's easy to get wherever you want. The host was really nice, answeres quickly and gave great recommendations. 100% recommend !

The building itself seems old, but the inside is so neat and the bedroom and other rooms are separated, so I tightened it up! The bedroom was pleasant, and the room with the table was so pretty and cozy!!! In addition, there are proper wine glasses and beer glasses that are not good in other B&Bs!! I was amazed that there was even a beer glass! The kitchen utensils were also equipped with all the types we needed, so it was very tight:) If you stay in Seongsu, you can visit again and shipper!

Lovely, spacious apartment located a short 5min walk from the edge of Seongsu's shopping area. Very responsive and sweet host who helped with storing our luggage and making domestic calls. Overall highly recommend this place, those with lots of luggage beware as this apartment is on the top floor with no elevator!

The convenience store was right next to it, so it was okay to go out for a while, and there was an air conditioner inside the room, so it was cool! When I first checked in, it was cloudy, and I felt a little stuffy, but the air conditioner worked, so it disappeared right away! It was close to the Seoul Forest Cafe streets, so it was nice to play and enter the accommodation!

This guesthouse is very conveniently located, just a 3-minute walk from Seongsu subway station. The surrounding area is a bustling area with a variety of restaurants, cafes, and shopping stores, so you can feel the vitality of the city. The room is clean, cozy, and fully equipped, so you can feel the comfort of a home. The host was very friendly and provided a lot of thoughtful service and recommendations. This accommodation experience was very satisfying, and I will definitely choose this place again the next time I come to Seoul.

Loved this place. The residence is everything you need but what I loved primarily was the neighbourhood. Didn’t really knew Seoul and sort of randomly ended up in Seongsu-dong but ended up being my favourite neighbourhood. A little bit of absolutely everything you’d want. Five stars.

Me and my wife stayed at Tingmins apartment for 23 nights. We can say that it was a very good stay. The space was cozy and enough for the two of us. Everything looks exactly like in the pictures ☺️ The neighborhood is pretty central so it’s easy to get around to different places. There are different CVS’s in walking distance and also many shops (also famous ones like Tamburin, Gentle monster etc.). It is a quiet neighborhood with a short walk away from the Main Street. When it comes to Tingmin, she is super friendly and welcoming 🥰Giving a lot of information and tips about the area. It was very easy to communicate with her, she is quick to reply, always trying to help ☺️ So we will highly recommend a stay at this place if you want to stay in Gangnam ☺️

It was an accommodation with great value for money and location, and there was nothing missing! The host was kind and responded quickly, so he quickly resolved my inquiries. I stayed on the first floor and there was no elevator, so there was no problem! However, I used the washing machine, but there were rather black stains on bright clothes. When I checked later, I found that there was mold in the place where the washing machine detergent was placed, so the cleanliness was a little disappointing. Everything else was clean!

Very well located place with city views, friendly host who is quick to respond, the room/studio is small, but is enough for 2 people not staying in the room all the time, has all the necessities and is clean - perfect price/value ratio.

It was really very comfortable, and I think the attention to detail stood out very much.. I was so grateful that there were so many bong curling iron, charger cleansing oil, even shaving foam, first aid kit, etc!!!

My wife and I stayed here for 1 week, and it was well worth what we paid. It was very easy to get around with the metro close by, do note that it’s a steep walk to the apartment if you have mobility issues. It was not a problem for us. The air conditioner worked amazing, as did the hot water. The bed was comfortable & the lack of bedsheets was not a problem and she had this comfy pad on the bad that did not move. The one night some neighbors were loud after quiet hours, we let Kelly know and she handled it very promptly for us, which we appreciated! There’s also a great Indian restaurant nearby, and lots of 7 elevens and other convenience stores. The quality for the price is amazing for Seoul, and we definitely recommend for your next stay if you want a central and affordable place!

Great location with numerous restaurants in the area, and access to multiple subway lines as well! The place was quaint and the small touch of setting up the radio to Seoul’s classical music station was really nice. We can’t wait to come back for another trip in the future!

The place is quiet and spacious compare to the other airbnb's in seoul. Definitely very worth the buck. It may be quite far from the central seoul but it is very accessible to subway line 4. Convenience stores and a lot of restaurants nearby.

nice have some some amenities provide eg soap, clothes washing liquid etc. made for any easy stay, place was comfortable and convenient to travel to/from. thanks :)

It was a very pleasant stay, very close to Hongdae, I think Hongdae is the best place to visit, and the homestay is very close to the subway station bus station, so it is very convenient to stay here.The homestay is very cozy and feels very homey. The room is not the same as a normal homestay. There are kitchen utensils, washing machine, dryer, laundry detergent, and even curling hair sticks. It is super friendly to girls, and the surrounding environment is very quiet. At night, you don't have to worry about being noisy.The host is also huge and responsive.It's very hard to walk around, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I come.

I stayed with a friend for more than a week and we felt good at the accommodation.. William was friendly and communicative. The location is very good, in an area where the locals live ..and from the central area we took the bus about aprox 30 minutes. I highly recommend this accommodation 🤗

My family and I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Chris's place. The place was beautiful and we felt right at home after being out all day. Getting around was very easy with subway station located just right in front of the building and walkable distances to many places near by. As soon as we walked in on our first night, my family thanked me for finding such a beautiful place for our vacay in Seoul. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and at home. We will definitely be back!!

I spent almost a month here and it was a great stay for my exploration of Seoul. The apartment is perfect for a solo traveler and equipped with everything you need. Quiet and nice area, convenient transportation, lots of good cafes around. I felt like home, highly recommended!
