The apartment is as shown in the pictures. Very nice and with all the quality furniture and beds. It has all three full bathrooms and super equipped kitchen. Regina is always available. The building is very nice and comfortable this is in front of a small but very good restaurant that also serves the beach. The beach in that sector is very cute and clean. The neighborhood is quiet. The apartment has silhouettes and umbrellas for the beach. apartment and super recommended host!

Wonderful family weekend at Casa do Araçá!! The house is very wide, cozy and airy. All were very well accommodated in the 6 air-conditioned rooms, linen and bath towels. All very clean and organized! The kitchen is very well equipped and the dishwasher makes it easy. For leisure, the beach is beautiful and peaceful. The kayaks and stand-ups had a lot of fun for the family. My son also played a lot in the leap. A special highlight goes to Rose and Sandra, hiring them was a great choice, because the food is delicious, the house was clean and we could enjoy the day at the beach. They even make dessert!! Livia is also super attentive and passes on all the necessary information. It really is a foot in the sand!

The stay with the host was perfect!! Far above our expectations, the house is wonderful, exactly as the photos show, the beach is beautiful and very clean. The host, in turn, is a very kind and cordial person, from our arrival to our departure, he attended to us with great affection and was always very helpful. We know what real service is like when something unexpected comes up, and the small problem we had during our stay (a failure in a phase that caused the water pressure to shut off) was promptly resolved and taken care of. I highly recommend that you stay in this wonderful house!! We will definitely be back!

We love the stay and will definitely be back! We spend 3 days, and the urge is to stay even more, to enjoy all the bungalow and leisure space! All a charm, plus the wonderful reception of Laura! All very clean, smelly and impeccable bedding, plus it's very complete! Great location, we managed to walk to the beach, as well as being close to the local shops! Wonderful Experience!!

It's worth every penny spent, besides being in my opinion the best beach in SC, which is Itapema, the apartment corresponds to each group, from small to the whole family, the building itself is very quiet, the neighbors I met were all nice people, the location is very good, around there are restaurants, pizzerias, snack bars, supermarket, pharmacy, conveniences, that is, you can leave the car in the garage and do everything on foot. I recommend it for those who want tranquility and calm and to have the feeling of the true foot in the sand.

The only bad part was having to come away! Wonderful house, the pool then? you don't even talk! It is very close to the beach, close to the markets, all easy access, super recommend!
