There is a large balcony with a barbecue from which you can enjoy a stunning view of the sea and a wonderful sunset. The condominium is surrounded by native vegetation and is located 100 meters from Lagoinha Beach, 200 meters from Sepultura Beach and 400 meters from Retiro dos Padres Beach, and is also close to the other beaches of Bombinhas.
