Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Bienvenue dans cette maison familiale en pierres de 1789 entièrement rénovée et juchée en plein coeur du Morvan à Château-Chinon, à 15-30 min des grands lacs (Pannecière - Les Settons) et de sa ville Gallo-Romaine d'Autun. Cette très ancienne & typique bâtisse morvandelle vous offre tout le confort de ses 122m2 hab, 4 chambres, 2 salles d'eau et 3 WC. Un jardin / cour entièrement clos avec coin diner et/ou relaxation avec transats, pouvant aussi accueillir voitures et/ou motos en toute sécurité.

Peaceful and quiet oasis in the Morvan

Belle maison rustique, avec terrain d'1ha, un étang (à sec très souvent) de nombreux arbres. 7 chambres, idéale déjà pour petite famille ou un groupe comme plusieurs familles ou alors pour des séminaires bien-être (mauvaise connexion wifi et 4G). Nous n’acceptons plus les fêtes et anniversaires entre adultes, cela dérange trop le voisinage. Havre de calme et de nature. Lieux de ressourcement, de création, mais également propice aux échanges. Le respect du calme du hameau est exigé! Merci

Possibility to rent a room or to rent the entire accommodation for up to 15 people. 6 large 160 beds and 4 90 beds, bed linen and towels provided.

Garden with furniture and beautiful views of the Morvan Natural Park. Surrounded by 11 Ha of park and forests in a preserved nature and absolute calm. A large swimming pool, shared with the owners, is available from May 15 until the end of September.
