Entièrement rénovée, elle offre une pièce à vivre avec coin cuisine équipé (lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, cafetière) et espace nuit/salon (BZ avec matelas de qualité, TV, penderie). Salle de bain moderne avec douche et WC. Calme et pratique, idéale pour séjour professionnel ou escapade détente.

Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was formerly our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. Watch out for the beam at the bedroom level at 1.70 m.

La gare se trouve à 10 minutes à pied. Appartement lumineux et calme, donnant sur une petite cour avec vue sur les vieux toits, dans une immeuble ancien de deux étages. Arrêts de bus à proximité, parking souterrain dans la rue et stationnement gratuit dans le quartier.

It has a living room, dining room and equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, an upstairs bedroom and a terrace (you may meet Suzie our adorable dog). There is old parquet flooring and period tiles. The apartment is attached to our house. Located in the city center in the Colbert district, a 2-minute walk from the hyper center. Free parking is a 1-minute walk away.
