Casa Cotovia is one of the houses of Chão do Rio - Turismo de Aldeia, a Rural Tourism with 8 ha at the foot of Serra da Estrela. It is located next to the 300m2 water mirror of the biological pool. There, the atmosphere is Provençal. Flowers and birds lurk on pillows and fabrics. On the kitchenette, lace hangs from shelves. Outside you hear the frogs and the other sounds of the countryside. Located in Penhas da Saúde, in the heart of Serra da Estrela, this 130 m² chalet is a cosy retreat, ideal for families, couples or groups of up to 6 people. The house offers three comfortable bedrooms with quality bed linen and two bathrooms. Comfort is guaranteed in any season, thanks to central air conditioning in all rooms and a wood burner, perfect for colder days. Serra da Estrela, Sabugueiro (300 m beach)

The house is located on a fenced farm. It overlooks a lake, a pine forest and the Serra da Estrela, in a natural setting of great beauty. It has the right amenities for a few quiet days, with air-conditioning and electric heating, a refrigerator, a microwave, a small induction stove, an electric coffee maker, a blender, a gas grill and another charcoal grill outside, and a coffee machine (Delta capsules).
