The space is amazing, extremely clean, well decorated, very pleasant. The gentleman who received us was very friendly and helpful. We were very satisfied. An experience to repeat no doubt. Thank you to Daniel for welcoming us so well. Very successful.

We were just passing through, and only spent one night at Maria’s place. But we were glad we did ! We had a very warm and personal welcome from Maria and Jose. They showed us around and we had a very friendly conversation. And to top it off : the swimming was great to relax after a full day of travel 🙂. Highly recommend !

The place was beautiful with amazing amenities. It was very relaxing and in a good location, not far from the main town. I would stay again.

Erica and her husband were very nice! They even greeted our puppy 🐶 with some snacks. The house has every kitchen apparel for self sufficiency cooking. The pool is wonderful and all and all it was a week for recharging batteries in the heart of portugal! Will return again :)

It was an incredible stay. João's space exudes tranquility. Located a few meters from the water, fun is always guaranteed if you are a fan of water sports. A swimming pool fulfills the purpose and a barbecue invites you to spend moments with family or friends with the wonderful view of the dam. João did everything to make sure we had an excellent stay. Everything is impeccable! Excellent house for 2 couples with children. The only point that is possibly less positive (which for us did not cause any problem) is that the house is located in a very quiet village, without a great offer of services (such as a mini-market, for example). Nevertheless, we are 10-15 minutes from Tomar and Ferreira do Zêzere. We are also this distance from "n" river beaches. In summary: for us, everything was 5 stars, from the house to the hostess

Great house, dresser, well-equipped and functional. The house is located in a square that has parking spaces. I loved my stay at Casa Gomes.

Fantastic Location! Great to just open a small wooden gate and go down the stairs and be right by the water. The house was clean and easy to settle in. Great summer spot ☀️

The location is spectacular. Great for those who want to just relax and enjoy nature, from enjoying the morning sun with a beautiful landscape to enjoying the starry night sky. The house has all amenities for a comfortable stay. Thank you to Francisco who was always available for whatever it took.

STRONGLY RECOMMEND I highly recommend this lovely and charming place. A true gem in Alentejo, surrounded by nature. Clean and spacious space on the inside and large garden, bbq space and terrace outside. The lovely neighbors would make your experience even better with their knowledge, availability and care. The host, Elsa, is very helpful and attentive in communication and making sure you relax and enjoy your stay. Among the best experiences I’ve had with Airbnb.

We were able to check in a little earlier, greeted by Antonio's mother and shown around the lovely old renovated cottage. There were just the 2 of us and our 2 dogs, cottage could comfortably have had 4 people. A very thoughtful gift basket was waiting for us in the kitchen, delicious local bread, cheese and wine with a little sample of the local olive oil. Much appreciated as we did not realise there is not a supermarket or market nearby.

Beautiful location, of immense peace. I've never seen such a stunning sky. The house is very beautiful and cozy, it has everything you need. The pool is even better than in the photos! Miguel was very kind and was always available for any questions. They even left us a basket with breakfast food!

We love our stay! The house is beautiful and cosy. Just a little cold, but with heaters in every room and fireplace to keep us warm in winter. The super friendly and friendly hosts, we feel at home! The village is very welcoming and the perfect starting point for a getaway to the discovery of the treasures of the high Alentejo! ❤️

We loved our stay in the Fontanheira houses, without a doubt I give 5 stars. The house has all the conditions for a couple with 2 children, very spacious, modern and beautifully decorated. My daughters say it was the coolest house where they stayed, they loved it! But note to those who have smaller children, that access to the mezzanine can be a bit dangerous, because the stairs do not have lateral protection, which for us was not a problem, as my daughters are already older. We stayed in the house farthest from the pool, which has a stunning view to the mountain (I don't know if the side house will also have). Great house to disconnect from everyday stress and recharge batteries in the middle of nature.

Small but very good space taking into account the price. Small details that make a difference. There's a kitchnette with everything you need. Comfortable and clean.

stayed only one night - clean and quiet :)

The little house is lovely - warm and homely. It is well furnished with a good hot shower and good water pressure. The beds are comfortable and there are lots of extra blankets (we came in the cold season). Parking is right outside the door and the back garden has a covered area as well as a direct sun area- chairs table and sun beds. There is a small laundry, lines and pegs. We would thoroughly recommend.
