El apartamento cuenta con 45 m², distribuidos en una cocina totalmente equipada, un baño con ducha y una amplia estancia donde se integran una cama de matrimonio de 1,50 m, un sofá cama, chimenea, Smart TV de 50" y un jacuzzi privado, creando un espacio acogedor y funcional. La cocina está completamente equipada con nevera, vitrocerámica, lavavajillas, microondas, tostadora, cafetera, utensilios de cocina, vajilla y condimentos básicos. El apartamento dispone de calefacción, bomba de calor, aire acondicionado y secador de pelo. Además, bajo petición, se puede facilitar una cuna sin coste adicional. La estancia incluye una plaza de parking privado gratuita. Los huéspedes también tienen acceso a las zonas comunes del complejo, compartidas con los otros siete apartamentos: piscina exterior, zona de barbacoas y comedor al aire libre, perfectos para relajarse y disfrutar del entorno durante la estancia.
