The house was perfect for us and very close to our friends house. Very quiet and the beds were comfortable. Hopefully when the bathroom gets remodeled it will have a bigger shower! The current one is tiny! Betty was very communicative and very helpful. We will be back!

We had a great night in this accommodation with my friends! The place was perfect for meeting, chatting and enjoying a good time together. The barbecue was really a big plus, we had a great time! The cottage is really very small but prepared with a lot of love. There is everything you need in terms of kitchen equipment (Nespresso machine, small induction stove, toaster and even a hot air fryer). Everything was very clean. We used the small outdoor area behind the house to relax and eat both in the morning and in the evening - the tranquility was great. We visited Disneyland Paris during our stay. It is easy to reach by car in less than 10 minutes. Valérie was always quick to respond to requests and was always able to help us. We can absolutely recommend the cottage and Valérie as a host. It was a nice short trip.

Very well laid out accommodation, very clean and functional, everything is there. The main room is quite large which allows you to have a lot of space especially when there are several of you or like us when we arrive with dogs. Natalia is a very nice host who takes care of her visitors. The best thing about this accommodation is the small outdoor terrace and the path leading to the banks of the Grand Morin, the river that winds along the department. The least would probably be the excessive heat because we had a very hot weekend. If I had to come back to the area, however, I would gladly come back. Thank you Natalia for this lovely accommodation.

Great stay... ideal with children! the sun was out, we spent the whole weekend outside... the best! huge house with everything you need.

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

Very clean apartment and perfect location. Great place for couples and families and only 5 minutes from Disneyland with a free shuttle every 30 minutes. Round the corner from the hotel there is a massive shopping centre with loads of different restaurants and fantastic shops. Highly recommend

Charming little quiet house, perfect for a weekend. 20 min walk to the P train to Paris. Sylvain, our host, was responsive and very pleasant. A personalized welcome worthy of the best Airbnb. We will come back without hesitation.

We stopped for 2 nights at Françoise's on the way back from vacation and were delighted. Very pleasant, attentive and discreet host. She offered to take care of our laundry, as the machine was not in the accommodation. Upon our arrival, chilled orange juice and brioche were waiting for us, a delicate attention! The place was clean, comfortable and good location. We highly recommend it, especially if you have a stay at Disneyland Park planned (accommodation 10 minutes from the park by car). Upon arrival, we had the pleasant surprise of finding orange juice in the fridge and a delicious brioche — small touches that were very much appreciated. The accommodation was impeccable, comfortable and very well located. We recommend this address without hesitation and will gladly return if the opportunity arises!

We had a great stay at Eric’s place. Eric was very helpful and responsive to any questions that we had and we felt right at home for the time we spent there while visiting Disney (10 min drive). The place was themed in Disney items and Eric very kindly left us some incredible Disney welcome gifts that the kids loved and added to the excitement!

Great monthly rental deal half price, does the job

Great location with a lovely boulangerie nearby. Easy checkin. Great communication. The place itself is fairly basic but is a good place to stay if you’re looking for a no-frills place at a decent price.
