Unfortunately, the Easter holidays in 2025 were a bit rainy and quite cold. With enough firewood and the air conditioning, however, it was cozy during the rains. The house is simply decorated but functional and tasteful. The location is fantastic, the house is alone on a large property with olive terraces. Kitchen appliances are sufficiently available, bring your own all consumable items (herbs, salt, sugar, dish soap, garbage bags, etc.). Stefano is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Trust Stefano's advice and do not drive the car up the driveway unless you have four-wheel drive.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to give more than 5 stars. Although we stayed for three days, we were overwhelmed by the peace and serenity of the place. We really enjoyed the house and its style. Accustomed to the city, this little slice of heaven made us completely forget the rest. The hosts are very kind and ready for anything you need. Just one word; thank you.

Ideal for an isolated vacation in nature but with all comfort! The road to reach the villa is a bit in the hills, but with a little familiarity you can reach a real paradise! Five minutes by car from downtown San Marcello Pistoiese, where you can find all the places, shops and services. We really liked the interior style, rustic but designer and refined. Highly recommended!

It is located in the Pianosenatico hamlet of the small medieval village of Cutigliano, immersed in the greenery of the Pistoia mountain. From the windows, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains. The composition of the house makes it ideal for a family vacation, but also for a romantic stay in the mountains. Suitable for bambi under 5 years.

Charming chalet, both shaded in the afternoon and sunny in the morning. A magnificent view of the soothing mountain, ideal for relaxing in the middle of nature. The pool has a breathtaking view. The chalet is as described and self-sufficient, dishwasher, etc. with the possibility of washing laundry in the common area. 5 min by car, food and shops: excellent butcher make it possible to make the supply. On the program: rest and hikes: Doganaccia and Abettone. Adventure park, botanical garden for children... Thank you to Francesca and her husband for your hospitality and availability.
