the apartment is comfortable and functional, the residence has good amenities including gym and children's playroom. The location is good only 10 minutes from downtown. There was only one small discrepancy: checkout for air BnB was indicated by 10pm while I had to leave the apartment by 10.

Not a negative word to say! Sestriere is a great town and ski resort with great access to other resorts. The location of this apartment is brilliant and the for the price you pay, there isn’t much else you’d want or need 👍🏻 10/10

In a world full of commercial BnBs, this is a real home. A home in the lap of the Val Di Susa where the mountains greet you in every direction. A home that welcomes you with the hospitality of a Sunday afternoon lunch prepared by your nonna. A home that embraces you with the warmth of the lovely people that live here. A home where you are cared for as one of the family. The place itself is scenic, spacious, and has the all the amenities and even more. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom colourfully joyous, and the bed exceedingly comfortable to sleep in. Andrea goes out of his way to make his guests feel comfortable and included in every way, give suggestions, make himself available, or share local tips on hikes, food, and culture. This is the place to be if one wishes to experience true Italian hospitality and witness the archetype of strong familial bonds. This is the place with a loving soul - like a child's laughter in the peace of the mountains.

A beautiful apartment in a lovely setting. The photos don't do justice to this lovely place. We highly recommend and will definitely return.
