Bienvenue dans notre cocoon de 30m2 situé au cœur de la station de Saint-Chaffrey. Depuis son balcon ensoleillé, il offre une vue dégagée sur les pistes et les montagnes. A moins de 10 minutes à pieds des commerces, restaurants et de la télécabine de Ratier, il dispose également d'un parking privé et gratuit, un vrai confort en station. L'hiver, une navette gratuite passe également au pied de la résidence. Profitez d'une vue incroyable et d'une situation exceptionnelle, été comme hiver.

When it's cold outside, warm up in front the chimney, sitting in a cozy club chair: you can imagine yourself in an old chalet of yesteryear... nevertheless equipped with wifi, television and everything modern comfort.

Two-room apartment, complete with everything, ideal for young people or families. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people but there are still up to 5 beds. One bedroom: single bed + French bed. Living room: double sofa bed +1. Double garage for 1 car + motorcycle/bicycle. Ski storage; Excellent condition, fully furnished, designed for us, all amenities are of quality. The ski lifts are 200 meters away and can be easily reached on foot. The town center is 500 meters away.

The road to the valley is all paved but has some hairpin bends.

It is functional and charming. This apartment is ideal for a couple. We are served by public transport (TGV shuttle stop and city bus 3 minutes away. Our green garden is relaxing. We offer a parking space exclusively reserved for the apartment.

Small wooden chalet in the mountains

Everything is there, but you have to go: Warning access: Narrow 4 km mountain dirt road accessible with a rugged vehicle (highly recommended). We do not recommend climbing in new and/or low-body vehicles. Altitude 1650 meters. From the beginning of December to the end of March, due to snow, the climb is only done by hiking, about 45 minutes. Four golf holes (pitch and putt), clubs and balls are at your disposal.
