Relax in this quiet and stylish space. Refurbished WI-FI studio of 24m2 on the 2nd floor with elevator of a secure residence 200m from the train station, close to the theater and all amenities. Plenty of parking lots around the building. Radiate over the city center on foot or take the direction of the beach by the bus network ( stop 20m away ). Also enjoy the dock of the golden pavement in front of the home to stroll around. Upon arrival, you will have: nespresso machine, sheets, Dishes, etc.
