Delightful 2-room apartment of 32 m2 on the 5th floor with elevator and large balcony offering an exclusive 180-degree view of the royal canal opening onto the port and the sea. Great location, between Halles, Mairie and Criée. The main room welcomes the rising sun's rays at dawn and offers us a view of the turquoise water and the joyful ballet of the seagulls flying gracefully. This charming 2-room apartment is pleasantly tempered by an air conditioner, fully equipped for a very comfortable stay in an elegant and poetic setting. Happiness!
