The accommodation was very pleasant, very cozy, very clean and air conditioning in all the rooms at the top, especially with the scorching weather. small downside for the stairs to access the accommodation and also to find a parking space. The apartment is very pleasant to live in, bright, spacious, well equipped with a beautiful sea view and a beautiful terrace for meals. The accommodation is a short walk to the beach and downtown Sète, its location is perfect. You can book without a second thought.

Small studio extremely well appointed and very quiet. Very nice balcony overlooking the back of the residence. A big plus with the bikes available to get to Espiguette beach or the center of Grau du Roi. Pascale is thoughtful and responsive. I would highly recommend.

Excellent apartment, ideally located in the heart of Grau du Roi

one of our best Airbnbs, tastefully decorated apartment, magnificent sea view, beach 50 meters away, sound of waves, secure private parking, we were delighted in short: everything was perfect. We'll be happy to go back.

The manager was very welcoming and accommodating, especially in relation to our check-in and checkout times. The accommodation is well located, right in the center of Palavas on the pedestrian street. Inside, it was very clean and tidy. Lots of kitchen equipment available. And little children's books and toys that were very helpful to us!

We had a great stay in this accommodation in Lattes, ideally located: close to the beaches and the city center of Montpellier, while being quiet, in a secluded and relaxing setting, mas type in the middle of the fields. The house was very nice, well equipped and as described. The value is excellent. The host was very available, responsive and flexible. We would highly recommend this property!

We are delighted with the stay we have just spent at Martine's. She welcomed us with great kindness and adapted to our schedule. The accommodation is very nice, extremely clean, quiet and very well located. I have no other word than PERFECT! The bedding is good, the bed linen is soft and smells very good. The rooms are very dark at night and conducive to a very good sleep. All the equipment is new and the entire accommodation is very well maintained. The dishes are impeccable. Only small downside that is well mentioned in the description and that made us hesitate: the lack of wifi for teleworking but we took a portable relay and everything was perfect. Really recommend!!! There were nine of us in Veronique's holiday home. Communication worked very well. The landlords hardly speak English. Thanks to the translator, however, everything worked. The briefing in the pool, whirlpool and house was good. Unfortunately, the extra rented whirlpool was a bit dirty. We then cleaned it ourselves and everything was okay. The location of the house was perfect for us. A quiet area that is mostly inhabited by locals. Shopping facilities were easy to reach by car. The beach is about 15 minutes by car.

Functional space. Large terrace, with many toys for young children + the pool on the terrace. Comfort bedding. The plus: the pool in the residence. Eugé and his daughter are very pleasant , and attentive to our needs. I would this property.

the beachfront home is close to shops. on the 2nd floor with elevator. all the main thing is there (kitchen utensils, dishwasher, washing machine...)

This is a very comfortable apartment with a great aspect and a large balcony overlooking trees. Nearby is a tram stop so access to the city centre is easy. I hope to return.

We had an excellent stay in the apartment. The bed was comfortable and there was enough room in the apartment. The kitchen had all the things we needed. We will stay there again in the future.
