Located in the premium Av Luisa Todi, this Victorian house is perfect for a couple looking for extra space in a period house with beautiful features or ideal for friends or families of 4-6. Literally within 5min walk from the Ferryboat to Tróia and 5min walk downtown where all the restaurants, shops, culture sight seeing and other local commerce will welcome you in this very calm and peaceful city. Setubal is at about 15min from Arrábida by car and 30min from Lisbon, or halfway to Algarve.

Modern small house with outdoors, small pool and a 15 minute ride to the beaches. Recently renovated, a sliding door from the kitchen to the outdoor to take full advantage of the country's beautiful weather. Located near walking and bike paths of the Serra da Arrabida. Out of the ordinary.
