Villa holiday rentals in Setúbal

Lovely house with 3 big bedrooms. Very quiet area, but there is a small shop and cafe very near by and the beach is only 10 minutes walk away. It's also beautiful! The hosts are great and always responded to messages. I would definitely recommend staying in the area and in the house.

Nice location,private but close to centre

It was all very good on the whole, but a few small corners were not quite as clean, which in the end was not bad. Around the pool, however, there are a few screws and nails that stick out a little, so you may have to work on them.

Thank you for a pleasant stay, the town is really beautiful. Regarding the Property It is very functional, well furnished, good bedding, very clean. The only downside is that the city center is a little far away on foot from the accommodation, but 5 min drive away. We'll be back.

The house has an amazing outside area and is really well located between Lisbon and various beaches! The host was super accommodating and gave us many great recommendations!

Antonio's house is like being in a wonderful 1950s movie. Because of the beauty of the place and the views, the special decoration, the garden, the little birds, the corners. Once you cross the gate of the estate, you no longer know where you are, and you don't need to. Apart from that, the house has a more than good size and features to enjoy, the garden is ideal to sit and read, rest or whatever you want, the location is great to explore the area. Antonio is a first-class host, he even gave us more things that were not there at the beginning so that we were in seventh heaven. And special mention also to Gustavo for all his help and enormous kindness. We will certainly return. Thank you!

Gorgeous old little cottage very cherished and well kept. Amazing view. Very calm and beautiful space with all the confort and utilities. It's a guest house but quite private. Conceição is a wonderfull host. Excelente location to explore the area. Dolphins by breakfast is quite a privilege :)

We extended our stay here for an extra night. The team were very kind and helpful with our requests. The apartment is located in a fairly quiet street with no neighbours overlooking the windows currently. The apartment is very well stocked and fitted with all you need. Great crockery. Perfect for 4 people, 6 might be tight. There is no air con but the bedrooms are cool downstairs and there are two fans. Fast WiFi perfect for working. Very easy to walk into town (but no markets or grocery stores on the same block - about a 12 min walk to the Pingo). We had a lovely stay. Thank you to the team!

Paula and Pedro were fantastic hosts, meeting us at the property to talk us through everything and give excellent recommendations. The house was very comfortable and extremely well-equipped, suitable for all generations of a family. We loved the wonderful pool too. The location is in easy reach of Lisbon and some great beaches. We would not hesitate to recommend this property and would love to return.

Beautiful house with a beautiful view. Joao went out of his way to make us feel welcome and also knowledgable about the area. It was nice to have a host who wanted to ensure we got the best out of our time there. You do need a car to get anywhere but there is a taxi service in Setubal town that I’m sure you could get their number once you had done one trip there. João can also try to help with taxis especially if you let him know in advance. Would recommend having João light you a bbq one night.

We are a group of couples with babies and the house is great to make us feel at ease without worrying about the pool because it has a fence. The outdoor porch space, the table and the sofa are great for socializing and for those who have small babies, without having to stay indoors. Thank you!

My family and I decided to spend Christmas at this beautiful property and we couldn’t be happier. The house is beautiful and cozy, communication with Sofia was great, she made everything easy for us. Can’t wait to be back!!

We stayed at Julieta's home as 3 couples and enjoyed 3 nights in her beautiful home. The scenery and peacefulness were amazing. We did do day trips to Sintra & Lisbon but they were very long days. Julieta & her caretakers were very accommodating with our check-in & questions & needs. Would highly recommend.

Wow, what an amazing place! A big, beautiful home at the top of a hill in a quiet location with a gorgeous view over fields and forest with the lights of Lisbon in the distance. Incredible sunsets visible over the ocean, afternoon swims, dinner with friends and family at the huge indoor and outdoor dining tables. Day trips down to gorgeous beaches. Just wonderful. The house is incredible. It is definitely suitable for bigger family. The swimming pool is a great attraction to children and it was everything in very good conditions and clean. We also had a great and responsive contact with the people managing the house. A great time, a great place and fully recommended the venue!

Loved elsa and ruis house very nice and friendly definitely a quiet place to spend some quality time loved the house the hosts were very responsive and helpful everything was perfect, only thing i would say there was a slight problem with the flies on the first day but after we got some spray the rest of the 8 days went just perfect. Definitely will be back soon for sure

Fernando’s home was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable. Rare to have a washer, dryer, and microwave all in kitchen. Pool cleaned daily. Fernando’s response time be it text or phone call was immediate. Grocery store less than five minutes away. Beaches close.

This is a beautiful house in a very nice neighborhood. We had a lot of delightful restaurants nearby and some boutique shopping in the village. Travel from and back to the airport in Lisbon was quick and easy. We also found the location ideal for traveling south (we went to Faro one day) and north (to Porto). We would highly recommend San as a host. Her local representative, Olga, was delightful and very helpful to deal with. A great place to stay!

Beautiful house , only flaw the photos do not do it a favor because the house was so mieu that we had planned. i recommend it 1000 times!

We spent 9 days in the house and the truth is that it is wonderful. The windows insulate perfectly and the air conditioning cools the house very quickly. A very nice house also from an architectural point of view. The kitchen is beautiful and very practical, and the pool is very cool, great to cool off on hot days. It is also a spacious house, with tables inside and outside, and you can walk to the village quickly. In addition, its location allows you to reach the most beautiful beaches in the Setubal area in less than 30 minutes. Patrick took wonderful care of us, explaining how everything worked in the house, giving us recommendations on places to visit and where to eat, and being flexible when it came to leaving the house. A highly recommended stay!
