The Swallow's Nest is a tiny barn which sits between Slievenamon & the Comeragh mountains, in the glorious valley known as The Honeylands but is only a ten minute drive from Clonmel, Tipperary's County town.

We love to welcome families, couples, walkers, foodies, golfers (WE ARE 15MINUTES FROM MOUNT JULIET ESTATE) We are only a ten minute drive from the Medieval Capital which is Kilkenny. Staying in our home will give you peace an tranquillity in very comfortable surroundings. You will have everything you need to make your stay memorable. Make our space your base to tour the South East and surrounding areas.

Cosy Loft in the Trees

This is a gorgeous little hut built in the top corner of a hay barn, but has the feeling of a comfortable treehouse. It is located in a peaceful rural setting overlooking a field. It is quite near other buildings in which we live, but it is totally private. Access requires climbing two short flights of sturdy steps which bring you on to its balcony Kilkenny city is a handy 20 minute drive away, but a car is needed as there is no public transport. A perfect place to retreat to.
