A monumental, centrally located, very original and quiet home, ideal for resting after a day of sightseeing in beautiful Córdoba. It has 2 large bedrooms, each with 2 private en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a jacuzzi and hydromassage tub and a king size bed measuring 180 x 200 cm. The accommodation has a living/dining room with 5-meter-high ceilings and original wooden floors, an electric fireplace, and a designer kitchenette with top-quality utensils, a private washer/dryer, a microwave oven, a Nespresso coffee maker, a Nespresso AeroChino milk heater, etc. Central Andalusian patio, terrace of about 20 square meters overlooking the skyline of Córdoba and outdoor Jacuzzi with purifier and heat pump; it is rented per days for exclusive use only for your apartment and for people staying with you, that is, they will not share it with the rest of guests. The price per day is 60.00€ that will be paid by credit card upon arrival to our team staff. This apartment has a maid service during the guests' stay included in the price. The entire building has been completely renovated in 2019 to offer you all the comforts and the latest technology. This spacious and comfortable apartment, has a maximum capacity of 4 people and is located on the first floor of the building. It has air conditioning (hot / cold) and free high-speed WiFi connection. It has 1 double bedroom with a double bed and a flat-screen Smart TV. The living-dining room has a very comfortable double sofa bed; as well as a second flat screen Smart TV. The kitchen is open to the living room, and has all the necessary utensils to store and prepare food. It has a fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, microwave with grill, capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster; as well as a complete tableware with kitchenware, plates and cutlery. The apartment has a spacious bathroom with shower, hairdryer and personal hygiene amenities; as well as a washing machine with a dryer function to wash your clothes at any time of the year in a comfortable and fast way. It is perfect for couples or 2 people, although it has the option of a two-seater sofa bed, so that up to 4 people can enter the apartment without problem. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and refrigerator, utensils included of course. The room has two beds with everything you need to avoid getting cold (although here we like the heat a lot and you may not need to pull the blanket, but we leave that to your choice!).
