Monumental, central, very original and quiet, ideal to rest after a day of sightseeing by the beautiful Cordoba. It has 2 large bedrooms, the main one with a hot tub and both with special king size beds and 2 private en-suite bathrooms each. The accommodation has living room with electric fireplace, kitchenette with top quality utensils, private washer dryer, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, Nespresso branded aerochino milk heater, etc. Central Andalusian patio, terrace of about 20 square meters overlooking the skyline of Córdoba and outdoor Jacuzzi with purifier and heat pump; it is rented per days for exclusive use only for your apartment and for people staying with you, that is, they will not share it with the rest of guests. The price per day is €60.00 that will be paid by credit card upon arrival at the accommodation to our team staff. This apartment has a maid service during the guests' stay included in the price. Smoking is not allowed in any of the apartment facilities, as well as if they inform us of any unauthorized event we will proceed to collect the corresponding bond and alert the authorities of it.

The entire building has been completely renovated in 2019 to offer you all the comforts and the latest technology. This spacious and comfortable apartment, has a maximum capacity of 4 people and is located on the first floor of the building. It has air conditioning (hot / cold) and free high-speed WiFi connection. It has 1 double bedroom with a double bed and a flat-screen Smart TV. The living-dining room has a very comfortable double sofa bed; as well as a second flat screen Smart TV. The kitchen is open to the living room, and has all the necessary utensils to store and prepare food. It has a fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, microwave with grill, capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster; as well as a complete tableware with kitchenware, plates and cutlery. The living room and bedroom have a balcony overlooking a quiet pedestrian plaza in the city center. The apartment has a spacious bathroom with shower, hairdryer and personal hygiene amenities; as well as a washing machine with a dryer function to wash your clothes at any time of the year in a comfortable and fast way. The 3-storey building has a roof terrace with a common terrace open from 5th April to 2nd November. It is perfect for couples or 2 people, although it has the option of a two-seater sofa bed, so that up to 4 people can enter the apartment without problem. The room has two beds with everything you need to avoid getting cold (although here we like the heat a lot and you may not need to pull the blanket, but we leave that to your choice!).
