Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Sévrier

Had a lovely stay at L'Appartement de Juliette. This very nice place was clean, comfortable and convenient. Vincent was very responsive and helpful, even offering to store my suitcase on my final day in Annecy. Highly recommended.

Perfect stay with an amazing view! The apartment was very quiet, and the view, absolutely breathtaking. Nathalie's welcome was warm, and I really appreciated the impeccable cleanliness and well thought-out layout of the apartment. I was delighted with my stay and highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic stay in the 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was well appointed with great design features. The location was great for easy access to the town and the lake. We used the bikes that were available too. We would certainly look to return on a future visit to Annecy.

Highly recommend the place if you plan a visit to Anncey! The location was perfect - walking distance to the train station and the city centre. The apartment was amazing too - was very clean and cozy with all the amenities ready. Finally, the hosts (Kenji and his dad) were very sweet and welcoming. Would love to stay here again next time. :)

Very nice cozy peaceful apartment overlooking the park side with a beautiful lake view in the shade for very hot days. Everything is done for a pleasant stay, the air conditioning is a real plus. Quality equipment (kitchen, bathroom) and very comfortable beds. Thank you to Sylvie the owner and Carole who received us for their kindness and hospitality.

We had a great stay at Francois’s! He kindly greeted us at our convenience to help with check in and show us around the apartment and providing some info on the location (even helped with our luggage!). The place was clean and full of fun items to explore. Location was perfect!

Beautiful place!! Can’t beat the location. If you’re looking for a quiet spot to rest, the road in front of the house is a bit loud, but besides that, our stay was fantastic

Family of 6 aged from 6 years to 72 years old and we all had such a great time at this beautiful house. Lots of room for all of us. The amenities were fab and kept all of us entertained, the games room is such an added bonus and so happy that the owners choose to share that and not lock it off - think we all become frustrated F1 drivers by the end of our stay! Bedrooms were really comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Very quiet and peaceful, lovely walk to the lake and we enjoyed the bikes to cycle along the cycle route. We wished we could’ve stayed longer but due to another booking we could only stay for 3 nights, would not hesitate to recommend or return.

A very warm welcome from Jerome, a perfect, clean house where nothing was missing to satisfy our stay, a quiet and relaxing place where it's good to live like at home, Close to the lake and golf course, perfect for short walks.

We had a great stay at Élisabeth and Frédéric's: clean, convenient, very well-equipped rental. We were able to enjoy the spa facing the mountain. Everything was perfect, even the weather! Élisabeth and Frédéric were very good at giving advice and available. We'll be happy to go back.

The house is very nice and comfortable, carefully decorated. You can feel at home, with the extra change of scenery. The place is quiet and relaxing. The balcony, with its magnificent lake and mountain views is a feast for the eyes. Everything we needed was available. Thank you Chantal and her neighbor for her welcome upon arrival and departure.

An amazing stay facing the mountains. The accommodation is well-equipped and perfectly decorated. In addition, Florence and Eric are responsive and very accommodating.

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

The place was enough and great for us (couple). The terrace and garden is a huge plus. Sunny on the sun loungers listening to the sound of the river and the birds singing, what happiness 🤩 The beach is 15/20min walking. The walks around the park and on the shore of the lake are mega nice. The accommodation is super well located and in a private and very quiet environment. Annecy is not far if you want a side + city. Sébastien recommended places to explore nearby. Recommended!

Great accommodation in the heart of Aix les Bains, right in front of the casino with a magnificent view of the mountains. I would 100% recommend this place. The only downside is the garage (which still deserves to be there) very complicated maneuvers to get in and out, old-fashioned box with a wall just in front, strongly not recommended for SUV-type vehicles, for info I parked a Touran after a few unsuccessful attempts.

Great apartment with a really amazing view..

Sylvie’s place was much nicer than the pictures. My wife and I wished we had stayed longer. The view from her apartment was amazing. The amenities such as free parking, fully equipped kitchen, washer/drier and dishwasher were very beneficial. The space and the linens provided were very clean. We strongly recommend her place!
