Our studio is very close to transport (tram A: 3 min walk, tram B: 8 min), the train station (10 min) and GEM (10 min). All shops, bars, restaurants and concert halls are a few blocks away. Downtown Grenoble is a 15-minute walk away. The accommodation was created in early 2024, it is bright and perfectly equipped. The window, overlooking a very quiet street, faces the garden of a house. A new 140 bed sleeps 2, and a sofa bed sleeps a 3rd person comfortably.

It is located in an old stone house which is its charm. Located in Seyssins village, it is in a peaceful area. The house is completely independent. You have two sheltered parking spaces and a terrace. A nice room for two people and a click in the living room.

Independent room with bathroom, perfect for short stays. The room is attached to our house, the entrance, independent, is through the garden. A microwave, coffee maker and kettle are available, but there is no kitchen per se. Towels and bed linen is provided. Ability to wash laundry in the laundry room. The bedding is new, everything is clean, even if the bathroom is not young ( which explains the price).
