Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Sézanne

we were there during some road construction so it was really quiet. No work was being done so very little traffic. the place was so cute and clean. we were sad to only be there for one night. Thibaut allowed for us to checkin early and out late due to a tasting time which was very generous. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay near the tasting rooms in Epernay.

Great place. Just be aware that the two bedrooms are basically one room. Great for families with kids.

Very pleasant stay, in a small, clean and well-designed accommodation. The check-in and check-out instructions were also very clear, I did not need to communicate during the stay, the questions had been raised beforehand. Small and only downside, the room is equipped with a roof window and darkness is not maximum despite the blackout curtain. To be repeated

The place is far from the center of epernay. We needed a car, so we rented one, and it was very smooth. I don't know how public transportation works. The city is small, I don't think it should be that easy. In addition, an impeccable location and as described in the advertisement. If you have a car, it's worth it!

The guides with their tips for the are, the location of the apartment and the host’s communication were all great! They even let us check out 25mins late, very kind! The apartment looks exactly like the photos, there’s an outside terrace and AC inside. If I had to give 1 point of improvement, it’s that the beds are quite squeeky. Otherwise a perfect stay and worth the money for us due to the amazing location. Thanke again!

Absolutely exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, everything was even better than we had hoped. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. There was so much attention to detail from the lights being turned on to welcome us, to candles and a lighter and a fully equipped kitchen. It truly felt like a home away from home. Pascal was an incredible host, super responsive, kind, and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. His hospitality made our stay even more special. Helene’s place was amazing for our family trip to champagne. Our little girl enjoyed the trampoline while we had a great bbq in the garden. The champagne that was available in the house was delicious. Would love to come again.

Beautiful house in a beautiful, peaceful environment with lovely heated swimming pool. Hosts were very attentive and easy to get hold of. Lots of very useful information about the area, activities and places to eat before and on arrival. We booked Champagne tours and meal at Chateau de Sacy well before arriving. Perfect location for exploring the Champagne region.

A beautiful accommodation. The beds were just a little small for us?( Queen size?) Manon was very friendly and always responded quickly to inquiries. Small gifts sweetened our arrival. Great quiet area and wonderful view of the sunset. It was a great time, thank you 🫶🏼

Well-decorated and well arranged accommodation. Small downside for access to the accommodation by vehicle. The degree of inclination of the driveway slope may pose a problem for vehicles with a low ground clearance.

The apartment itself looks like it belongs in Architectural Digest—immaculately clean, stylishly designed with chic modern appliances, and full of elegant charm. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in, and the shower, with its pressure, was a piece of art in itself. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the center of it all, surrounded by cafés, shops, and the vibrant energy of Reims. Great location - walkable to all of Ave de Champagne and Centre-Ville. Raynald was immediately responsive and willing to work with us on check-in time. The space was comfortable with plenty of space. Felt like home - we were able to relax immediately.
