"Il Nido" is a romantic and cozy two-room apartment on two floors, at the foot of the Castle, in the ancient heart of Sermoneta, a beautiful perfectly preserved medieval village, a stone's throw from the enchanting "Oasis of Ninfa", the archaeological excavations of the Ancient Norba and the sea of Ulysses. The double bedroom is on the ground floor, while upstairs are the kitchen, the small equipped shower and a small balcony, overlooking the ancient Piazza del Comune and the Loggia dei Mercanti.

Apartment in the trendy Monti district, ten minutes walk from the Colosseum. It is located at the 1st floor (the one above the ground floor) and there is no lift. It consist in two rooms: a bedroom and a living / dining room with kitchen and a sofa bed. Fridge, cooker, washing machine, fan, WiFi, a safe in the Bedroom, Air Conditioning (CAVEAT, should it break down and cannot be fixed immediately, will be replaced by fans), etc. Monti district is very lively, not suitable for light sleepers.
