Our charming guesthouse is conveniently located within a short distance of beaches, shopping, and food: Sunset Beach (12 miles), Ocean Isle Beach (8 miles), Holden Beach (9.7 miles), and Calabash (13 miles). This 500 sq. ft. newly remodeled guesthouse is designed to provide all the comforts of home. Equipped with a comfy queen bed, sofa, kitchenette (no stove), and clean open space. There is a shared driveway with the property owners who reside in the 75-year-old farmhouse they are remodeling.

2 bdrm, 2 1/2 bth oceanfront duplex with 3 pools and tennis courts! Bed and Bath linens included! Private driveway for Golf cart rental permitted. Sorry, strict no pet policy. Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.

We are conveniently located about 30 miles from Wilmington and Myrtle Beach

Renovated and Immaculate comfortable beach cottage in a quiet neighborhood yet just 1.8 miles from the Holden Beach bridge. Shopping and dining are 15 minutes away in Shallotte. Myrtle Beach and Wilmington are both within an hours drive. If you prefer to relax, you can sit on the 10' x 22' deck just outside the kitchen door, or by the fire pit, on a rocking chair or the swing in the open back yard, which is ideal for playing fetch with your dog.

You also have access to two neighborhood pools and a gym. You are only 1.5 miles to fun in the sun on Sunset Beach.

The Tin Roof Cottage ~ Relaxing 2-bedroom cottage

Take it easy at this unique tranquil cottage 4 minutes from Holden Beach. The Tin Roof Cottage is quite cozy as you will enjoy your rainy afternoon naps under a tin roof or enjoy local shopping. This home features a queen bed, a full bed, and a porch swing with outdoor ceiling fans. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots/pans, utensils, and a few selected spices for cooking.
