Really great place to stay while in HK! I don’t understand how this received bad reviews in the past.

Lovely place and very closed to the Olympic station.

Room is in a very convenient location. Had everything needed (shampoo, body soap, hair dryer, water boiler, hangers) already at place. Host is also very responsive which made the whole experience not stressful. No issues with place.

Alice place was a great stay for us! Her place really maximize the living area for the family(4 adult 2child) Best part was the 2 separate well equipped spacious bathroom & it's really less waiting game. Being in the heart of the area, we found ourselves walking to various mall and restaurant within 10-20min dist. Ended up not even taking the MTR despite being so close to them, absorbing the walking culture. Locals in the area are heartwarming and nice, there's so many things to see just right downstairs. Had a day trip to Macau and even so returning to her place was not difficult at all as the NA21 from the border ends at Mongkok and less than 10min we are back in the cosy apartment. We all love the bed and my toddler slept soundly every night. We did find ourselves looking for full length mirror, we ended up using the tv screen. Maybe can look into adding one behind the main door :) We were caught in a heavy rain as well & the wash+dryer lifesaver! Will definitely stay here again!

Thank you so much for these few days of hospitality and giving us an ultimate Hong Kong experience!The location of the room is located around the Olympic metro station, at the same time, very close to Mongkok metro station!The facilities in the room are very clean, the internet is fast, and you have all the kitchenware.There is a restaurant around in about 10 minutes on foot!Little buddies who like to cook their own meals can be said to be a great location!The lack of the US and China is that the bed is a little small, and the bedroom space is not very large, but it is also enough in this place in Hong Kong, and it is not a problem to sleep.In addition, the owner of the room is very welcoming, he will carefully take us to the house and wait for us downstairs in advance to take us upstairs.The property of the apartment is good, there is also a gym downstairs, game room, quiet environment!Next time to Hong Kong, this room is still the first choice!

Akif was the perfect host, with very detailed and quick communications. He was very helpful before our stay to answer our questions. The accommodation was a great size for somewhere so central, with Prince Edward MTR, Nathan Road, and shops/restaurants so close by. Yes it has a lot of stairs to climb, and may look dated vs other places, but it's true HK living and an excellent price for the amount of space and location. Thank you.

The place was spotless when we arrived. The area was big enough for 4 persons. There were a lot of places to go and restaurants to eat around. It is close to both Mongkok East and Mongkok MTR. The hosts were responsive, and accommodating. Overall, we highly recommend staying here 👍

It’s great to stay here! The apartment is clean and very convenient, just located up above the MTR station! All the essentials you needed are ready in the house. The shopping mall underneath included supermarket, restaurant, Taito Station (Japanese game centre), we have fun here after visiting our family☺️ Hope we can stay here again during next holiday visit to Hong Kong!

This is a beautiful and safe building with good concierge and pool, gym access. The public transport is easy to access and gets you everywhere quickly. The apartment is neat and has a beautiful view. I would definitely recommend Alex’s place.

A highly recommended place to stay is where I would choose and recommend to others again. This place is not far from Hong Kong University, suitable for those who want to visit Hong Kong University, the subway station needs to walk a bit, but it is not far, but there are many bus and tram stations nearby, and it is convenient to get around. The host will prepare you a check-in guide PPT, there is a feeling of being taken seriously, the PPT will tell you about the use of the home equipment, the food recommendations around the neighborhood and some check-in requirements, it is simple and straightforward. I think what attracted me the most is the feeling of home, from the size to the layout and the choice of furniture, like I am here in Hong Kong to fight for a short stay that I will choose for a while, although I just come to play for a few days, and the actual check-in and pictures are basically consistent. The host was also very polite and spoke well, however since the time of the arrival was a working day in Hong Kong, the response was not very timely, there was a similar situation with other places I stayed, but the host who had already calculated a quick response, advised to communicate with the host earlier if there was an urgent matter. The equipped washing machine, air conditioning, toilet and shower are good, and even a small display can be used.The only thing that is not very good is the water dispenser, the first night I came to find it out of order, hot and cold water can not be taken, but the host has another hot water kettle that can be used, although I still prefer to drink cold water directly.

I enjoyed staying at Heather's. She was vastly helpful. It was close to the MTR and a safe neighborhood. My room has a nice view of the ocean and the city. The house was clean, quiet and tastefully decorated.

This apartment is actually a short-term rental Xintiandi Hotel. The bathroom and room have windows. It is large enough. It is more than 20 square meters. You need to take a staircase with your luggage when you enter the hotel lobby. You can find help at the front desk. The hot water is very large and very comfortable. There is a small refrigerator and freezing. It is very quiet. There is no noise at night. Transportation is very convenient. If you come from the airport, A21 is just a car, you don't need to tam with the subway.
