The villa's unique features, such as the in-house pond with exotic fish, added a touch of serenity and wonder to our stay. We also enjoyed the theatre room, which provided endless entertainment options. The superb sit-out area near the swimming pool was perfect for our family barbecue nights, and we cherished every moment spent together in this picturesque setting. Venky was an outstanding host, ensuring our every need was met with promptness and courtesy. The welcome amenities and personalized touches made us feel truly special. I had an incredible stay at this property. The place was clean, stylish and had everything needed for a comfortable visit . What made it even more special were the society amenities ( pool and gym) and complementary fruit basket from Host.The beautiful lawn terrace was the perfect spot to relax and unwind..The host was welcoming responsive , making sure everything was just right .. Highly recommended for family tourist and for relaxation.

I had the most amazing experience at Mr. Imtiyaz’s farmhouse! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and a breathtaking view of nature. My second time stay. All well set and really a great place to stay

They are now like a family to us. Very warm and friendly and very thoughtful. They have a beautiful puppy called “Candy” who can keep you posted and busy , that is if you enjoy playing with puppies which we really do. Beautiful privacy at minimal expense !

Caretaker Rehan took care of us very well. He also found my watch which I forgot there and called me next day to give it back. So, nice of him.

The Host Mr.aneell was really generous and very helpful throughout our stay at manora. guided us in every aspect from suggesting good places of food to guiding different places to visit. thanks to him we could visit ramoji film studio in planned way.

It just felt like home. had a very good time being over Lakshmi Garu's house. They are so friendly. Had a great hospitality. will definitely prefer to stay at Lakshmi Garu's place whenever we have a plan of staying in Hyderabad for a period of time. Thanks for the great hospitality.

I would highly recommend this place. Srilatha was courteous and helpful from the time we made the booking. The check in process was smooth. The house looks exactly like in the pictures. The kitchen is spacious and the bedrooms are comfortable. When I lost the key and got locked out, Srilatha very graciously accommodated us temporarily at another location, till she was able to send a spare key. She made sure we were comfortable and kept in constant touch. Overall, we were very satisfied with the stay and would come back here again. Thank you Sriltha for the wonderful stay.

The room was generally good, but it lacked some essentials like towels and fresh toiletries. Also, the bedsheets could have been cleaner. With a bit more attention to these details, it would’ve been a much better experience.

We were 4 so the place was ample for us and then had a friend visit us as well. Really liked the upscale Banjara Hills location which was pretty central to get to where we wanted. I also wanted to experience living in this area so this was a great opportunity. Qamar and his son Haider were always available if we had any questions so that felt super comfortable and felt that they really cared to keep us relaxed.

1. The stay at Villa No. 94, Saket Bhusattva was really nice. 2. The place is very spacious and can accommodate upto 10 persons very comfortably. 3. There is a working kitchen available and daily needs are available close-by and which can also be delivered at doorsteps. The place is also served by quick delivery platforms. 4. We didn't explore any restaurants around, hence no comments can be offered. 5. While cabs are easily available when travelling from either Airport or Railway Station to the accommodation, during return journey the wait time could be longer, please cater for that eventuality. 6. Overall it has been an excellent stay and Rohit has been very helpful in addressing additional requirements for the stay if any.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and check-in was a breeze. My host Mr. Prem and his wife were responsive, kind, and went out of their way to make sure I felt welcome. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

We had a worthy time staying at this place. The place looks exactly like the pictures and the host sent us exact details before our arrival making it more convenient. The kitchen has sufficient utensils and cooking necessary. There are many convenience stores and food spots at walkable distance and bus stop is also around 1 km, yet the locality is quite peaceful.

We stayed in this place for 6 nights and found it to be ideal. Special thanks to Vijaya Bhaskar and his caretaker, Venkatesh for great communication and helpful suggestions. The location is great and close by to a variety of restaurants, shops, and specially, KBR Park (which we really enjoyed). The house itself is big with a lot of space. the bedrooms are spacious and all the ACs worked. The bathrooms are clean and showers and water heaters worked well. Kitchen is nice but can benefit from a bit more basic provisions (such as salt, pepper and sugar etc). Although. the house somewhat reflects it age in its style, decor and furnishings, the positive features, the comforts, spaces, and the great host more than made up for that . The caretaker helped in a major way and contributed to the stay. The GPS of this location is a bit tricky (most probably due to a road closure) and requires a bit of effort. We will definitely stay there next time, when we visit Hyderabad.
