Amazing stay in a beautiful location,peaceful surroundings,doesn’t feel like ur staying close to a city like Hyderabad-this place is something else. 100% would recommend and I’m visiting again.

From the moment we stepped inside, we were awestruck by the exceptional home interiors, which perfectly blended elegance, comfort, and sophistication. We also enjoyed the theatre room, which provided endless entertainment options. The superb sit-out area near the swimming pool was perfect for our family barbecue nights, and we cherished every moment spent together in this picturesque setting. "Our experience at your Airbnb was enjoyable, thanks in part to the attentive care provided by the caretaker. The location was convenient, and the amenities met our needs ,surrounded by garden was too good in evenings and everything is clean and hygiene even swimming pool also . However, we believe that a slight reduction in price would better reflect the value offered, also please maintain a power backup for a/c because in containers there is more hot so please look into this and We appreciate the efforts of the caretaker Srinivas and thank you for hosting us!"

I had an incredible stay at this property. The place was clean, stylish and had everything needed for a comfortable visit . What made it even more special were the society amenities ( pool and gym) and complementary fruit basket from Host.The beautiful lawn terrace was the perfect spot to relax and unwind..The host was welcoming responsive , making sure everything was just right .. Highly recommended for family tourist and for relaxation.

My second time stay. All well set and really a great place to stay

It qas a great 30 days stay for me., with friendly and proactive hosts. Everything was available in time whenever needed. The only issue was the absence of power backup, since the area faces a lot of power cuts during rain.

I had an amazing experience at this beautiful homestay . The interior design was superb, with thoughtfully constructed spaces and top-notch amenities. The furniture was of excellent quality, and the overall atmosphere inside the flat was incredibly positive and inviting. Everything felt perfect and well maintained, making it a truly enjoyable stay. They are now like a family to us. Very warm and friendly and very thoughtful. They have a beautiful puppy called “Candy” who can keep you posted and busy , that is if you enjoy playing with puppies which we really do. Beautiful privacy at minimal expense !

Good place to live and party

Very supportive and cooperative host. Good location, only wish that the place was calmer (the construction sound near by was quite loud). Otherwise, the location was very convenient and located very close to the hitech city area. The view from the place is quite beautiful (because of the nearby lake). Maid service was good. I wish there were more dishes in the home. The WiFi worked quite well downstairs but the signal didn’t reach upstairs. Overall a nice experience. Would stay at one of Mr Avinash’s properties again in the future.

Host anil received us well, he has provided all the necessary ammenities, anil guided well for the nearby resturants and the property was very comfortable and rooms were spacious, overall we had wonderful stay at this property.

It just felt like home. had a very good time being over Lakshmi Garu's house. They are so friendly. Had a great hospitality. will definitely prefer to stay at Lakshmi Garu's place whenever we have a plan of staying in Hyderabad for a period of time. Thanks for the great hospitality.

The room was generally good, but it lacked some essentials like towels and fresh toiletries. Also, the bedsheets could have been cleaner. With a bit more attention to these details, it would’ve been a much better experience.

I would highly recommend this place. Srilatha was courteous and helpful from the time we made the booking. The check in process was smooth. The house looks exactly like in the pictures. The kitchen is spacious and the bedrooms are comfortable. When I lost the key and got locked out, Srilatha very graciously accommodated us temporarily at another location, till she was able to send a spare key. She made sure we were comfortable and kept in constant touch. Overall, we were very satisfied with the stay and would come back here again. Thank you Sriltha for the wonderful stay.
