Holiday rentals with a patio in Shanzu

I booked the house for a family holiday, and it was perfect , we truly felt at home. The house and rooms were clean, and we had a wonderful time. Lena and Winnie were incredibly helpful during our stay, assisting us with everything we needed and making our experience unforgettable.

All listed amenities including hot shower worked. Place was very cozy and peaceful, everything was upto mark. I really enjoyed my stay :)

this Airbnb was exactly like it looked Like in the Photos. Spacious rooms, a Well equippped Kitchen and overall Safe. would definitely stay there again. the only Thing i'd Point Out is the need for the rubbish paper Inserts for the bin to make disposal easier. also, the bed dpwnstairs can benefit from a better fitting mosqiito net. the one there is a Bit smaller than the bed and thus does Not offer full Coverage. otherwise i would highly recommend the space to anyone looking for a nice 2 bed space Close to the Main Road and Most amenities. the Host was super helpful, Always available on call an Always willing to offer quick solutions.

Friendly, well-equipped apartment. There is everything you need for a long-term stay: washing machine, air conditioning and hot water. The bed is comfortable. The balcony is private and offers an unobstructed view of the sunset.

Very good value for money and very easy going place. Beachfront with a nice beach and easy access to Pepea kiteschool. Thanks for having us.

The place was immaculate when we got there, and was so tastefully decorated. The pool was super clean and the staff were very helpful. The villa is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood in Mtwapa, and we got the whole space to ourselves, with access to a restaurant and a creek. The highlight of our stay was Nana who went above and beyond to make sure we settled in well. Her staff were very helpful. This villa is perfect for families or group of friends and is suitable for both long and short stays. It truly felt like home away from home and we were pretty downcast when we had to leave. I will definitely be booking again. Literally zero complaints and a million praises.

It had all the essentials, and some thoughtful extras that made it feel like home. The bed was comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet and safe, and I had no trouble getting around thanks to Ruqia’s local tips. Chris is a gentleman who has helped me with helpful information every time I've approached him. The house was handed over to me and kept clean every day by his assistant, Clara, a polite woman. His location in Nyali is excellent, near supermarkets, churches, downtown, etc. The compound is calm, we can hear the birds singing, and fresh air is circulating in every house room. Also important is a 24-hour security guard in the compound on 7/7. I will stay at Chris' house again next time I visit Mombasa.

The contacts provided for the grocer, water supplier, and pastry vendor were incredibly helpful—such a thoughtful touch! The house was spotless, and the housekeeper ensured our stay was nothing short of comfortable. Its proximity to the swimming pool was a huge plus, making it easy to keep an eye on the kids while they played. And let’s not forget the rooftop sitting area—it was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the refreshing breeze during those warm evenings. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and I can’t wait to come back!

A great place to vacation with family. Very quiet and secure. Eden was extremely proactive and responded to any request promptly. I was surprised that we did not see a single mosquito in the house for the entire time that we stayed there. Looking forward to returning there in the future!

Brigid has a very clean well furnished apartment that's in a serene well guarded location The swimming pool is clean and there is ample parking. She is an awesome host who is available incase of anything.

Place is nice and clean i really enjoy staying there, the check in process was very efficient. Host is very very responsive and always available to provide any assistance. I will stay here again.

I love this bnb! this was my 2nd stay and won't be the last. whenever am traveling to mombasa this is my go to spot. the bnb is beautiful the decor is kool unique and stylish . the seller is the view!! it's what really draws me there each time. loaded with amenities pretty much everything you can think of is there. very comfortable sofa seating and bed. I literally have no complaints the only thing that could make it better is if it was in a more happening area but it's easy to get around with ubers. the host is amazing she always gets back to me with any concerns and rectified them. she definitely takes wanting us to have a good experience serious. pro tip . there is a store nearby on called food plus where you can get cases of water, snacks and even food stuff for cooking. the big thing is there is also a pharmacy and atm in that same Plaza. good to know because there is not an atm at the premises where you'll stay. cash is king.

The apartment and location was comfy and as described. Louise’s communication was excellent. I didn’t explore the local area too much. The security are on point and make you feel safe.

I thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful and laid-back atmosphere during my stay. There is a gym located within the premises, and the instructors were incredibly friendly. Additionally, it's a short and easy walk to the beach. Highly recommended!

Zipporah was very responsive and she even got us a microwave on the day when we requested. This is a perfect place to stay especially if you have a conference at PrideInn it’s just 3 mins away. The place was quiet and peaceful too I would definitely go back

My stay at the Swahili house in Old Town Mombasa was unforgettable. The property is beautifully decorated and the terrace is lovely to spend time on. The location was great with wonderful views of the harbor. We could even watch monkeys playing in the nearby trees right from the main living space! Mohamed was incredibly welcoming and has a dhow boat that you can take tours of the harbor on. Additionally, the house is near a hostel with excellent food, and there are numerous shops and cafes within walking distance. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable stay in Mombasa and hope to be back soon myself!

had a rocky start with Bernice as I felt she was snappy at the first encounter but during my stay she was unbelievably on point with communication. she responded like minutes later and she fixed whatever that bothered me in less than 10 minutes. Yes, I said 10 minutes!!!! I don't believe there's any host better than her. she made my experience so much better in mombasa.
