Alles war perfekt. Es gab keine Probleme und der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Er fragte nach allem, was wir wollten und tat sein Bestes, um uns zu helfen. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Spent my Eid holidays here and absolutely loved it! The Airbnb was perfect for two people—super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The view was incredible, both from inside the place and by the pool. The rooftop had such a good vibe—great energy and atmosphere, throughout the day. Honestly, it felt like the perfect little escape. Definitely found my new go-to spot. Will 100% be back!

Fin dal primo momento sono rimasta colpita dalla pulizia impeccabile: ogni ambiente era perfettamente ordinato, igienizzato e curato nei minimi dettagli. È raro trovare un alloggio dove la pulizia sia così evidente e costante. La struttura è splendida, organizzata con gusto e intelligenza. Ogni spazio è stato pensato per offrire comfort e praticità, senza mai rinunciare all’estetica. Gli arredi sono moderni ma accoglienti, e la disposizione degli ambienti rende il soggiorno molto piacevole, sia che si tratti di un weekend che di una permanenza più lunga. I had an amazing stay — the place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The host maintained great communication throughout, which made the whole experience smooth. It’s only a 2-minute walk to JBR Beach and surrounded by tons of great food spots. Definitely a spot I’d come back to!

Wir können alles Empfehlen! Das Apartment entspricht der Beschreibung und die Lage ist wirklich toll. Alles war sauber und besonders hat unserer Tochter der Spielplatz und der Pool gefallen. Auch der Check-in und die Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert.

I celebrated my and my friend's birthday at Olga's Villa. I couldn't ask for more for my Birthday :) The villa was very clean, spotless and top notch! Everything was well in place and exactly the way it was described. The location was perfect , next to the mall and to the beach. The location was also a bit private and completely away from the noise of the city! Olga was a very responsive and proactive and helped in organizing the stay very well and quick. The price of the property was worth the stay! The caretaker of the villa ''Etsy'' was very pleasant, helpful and friendly and I would give 10 stars to Etsy on how she takes care of the guests. Thank you Olga for being such a great host and providing us your space. We had such a magical time and I really look forward to booking your place once again, especially in winters to enjoy the pool more ;) Thank you so much once again :)

Everything was great! The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. It looked exactly like it does in the pictures. The host was friendly and responsive, and the area was very peaceful. The kids really enjoyed the pool. We would definitely visit again!

We stayed as a group of five families and felt completely at ease from the moment we arrived. The place was exceptionally clean, and all essentials like toiletries, bed linens, and more were thoughtfully provided. The kitchen was also well-equipped. The pool was a highlight, especially with its colorful lighting and small fountain, creating a relaxing ambiance. The direct beach access was an added bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic time at the house and truly enjoyed every moment!

I got what I really expected, communication was great and meeting my requirements was precise. It was such a smooth stay.

It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!

Fantastic stay - great apartment, great location and views. Apartment is spacious and clean. Amenities are good too, feels safe. One point (not the apartment's flaw) is that I hope the shared gym had more gym equipments, there are no dumbbells at all.

a great place to stay, whether short or long term. I was a bit worried when booking knowing it was a capsule hostel, however the capsule was spacious. place was clean and other guests were respectful for those looking for needed sleep. hrwat value for a good space! Nas is also a great host, although i didn't communicate with him much, when I did he was helpful. Will definitely stay here again when I come back!

Beautiful spot in the heart of Dubai overlooking the ocean. The apartment had spectacular views and was clean, with everything we needed for our short stay. Would definitely recommend it.

We can’t thank Mohamed enough for his great hospitality, friendly communication and all the thoughtful gestures! My family stayed there for 38 days and they enjoyed every single day of their entire stay. The place is very clean, well decorated and equipped with everything you need for your stay. There are many great restaurants, bakeries and shops either at the same building or within a very short walking distance! We will definitely come back and we give Mohamed’s place our highest possible recommendations!
