There is a reason this place hosted with Gintare is a super-host. It was a very smooth experience from first minute checked in till last minute checking out. The place has unique view of open sea, private quiet beach and pool and good gym facilities. Everything we needed for a relaxed time spent was there. Would definitely go there again.

Nice apartment. The view on business bay side is nice and beautiful at night. Nice view from the pool. Walkable to restaurants and super markets the mall is literally like 5 min walk. I enjoyed staying there. The host have all the answers you ask.

Our stay at the apartment in Dubai was absolutely fantastic! It exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The furniture was tidy and comfortable. There were a few minor signs of use, but that’s totally normal for a holiday apartment and didn’t bother us at all. The view was phenomenal – overlooking the Marina Walk, it was truly breathtaking. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back!

I had an amazing stay at this apartment. The place is basically brand new, clean and had all the needed amenities for a comfortable stay. The location is very accessible and few min walk to JBR and Marina. The hosts were very cooperative, responsive. I’d gladly come again and highly recommend for a stay in Dubai.

Had a lovely staycation surrounded by nature—calm, peaceful, and just what we needed to unwind. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the pictures. Facilities were great, and everything was in good working order. The last 5-minute stretch of road leading to the property is a bit bumpy, but totally worth it for the serene experience that awaited us. Would definitely recommend!

Super centrally located. Walking distance from Burj Kalifa. Taxis always come by in front of the house. Nice concierge. Great beds. Buy Café Morges next door in the small supermarket , which is open 24/7. Great. We will be happy to come back

Amazing stay - great location and dirext connectivity to Dubai mall. if you have a car, parking is great with super quick access to apartment. It is only hassle during peak hours at Dubai mall due to connected parking.
