Great apartment with full view of the Burj, hosts are very responsive and showed me up to the apartment. Would recommend.

The service from guide olith was wonderfull. He assisted us in very step during checkin and checkout.

Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage und der Ausblick aus der Wohnung sind ein Traum. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Am Pool gibt es jederzeit Liegen. Die Dubai Mall ist zu Fuß in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Youstina war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Wir können den Aufenthalt dort sehr empfehlen.

J’ai passé un séjour exceptionnel à Damac Maison Privé à Dubaï ! L’appartement est idéalement situé, en plein cœur de la ville, à proximité de toutes les activités et attractions principales. Tout est facilement accessible, que ce soit les centres commerciaux, les restaurants, ou les sites touristiques. Le logement était parfaitement propre, bien rangé, spacieux et décoré avec goût. La vue depuis l’appartement est magnifique, surtout le soir avec les lumières de la ville. On s’y sent immédiatement à l’aise. L’hôte a été très réactif et professionnel, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement ce logement à tous ceux qui souhaitent profiter pleinement de leur séjour à Dubaï. J’y reviendrai sans hésiter !

Our stay at this property in Dubai was exceptional. The apartment was impeccably clean and thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, including cookware, dishes, a broom, mop, laundry facilities, and detergent. The view of the Burj Khalifa was truly breathtaking, and the location within walking distance to Dubai Mall was incredibly convenient. We were thoroughly impressed and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

One of the best places and the best stuff very professional company managing this place and it is really first class. If you wanna be on first class you need to book with those people. It is very nice. You are so luxury apartment are so luxury everything is so luxury, including stuff how they treat and how they speak Specially there is one Filipino lady there was so nice to us and to my family. ❤️

We had booked this place for a company retreat. The hosts were very generous, responsive and accommodating. Flexible with an early check-in, late check-out. The house is decorated beautifully and very well equipped - all kitchen goods were in excellent condition. The location is easy to find (you have to have a car, it's Dubai) and the backyard is serene and peaceful. Great stay and rare find for a large group of people. Highly recommended

As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. The villa stay was absolutely wonderful! The surroundings were beautiful, and the rooms were spacious, bright, and elegantly decorated with a cozy atmosphere. The facilities were excellent, with a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and great entertainment areas, making the stay incredibly enjoyable. The outdoor scenery was stunning—whether relaxing in the garden or on the terrace, it was truly a peaceful experience. Plus, it was just a 2-minute walk to the private beach, which was a fantastic bonus. The host was warm and attentive, providing exceptional service that made the stay even more delightful. If given the chance, I would definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended!

Fantastic stay and a lovely home and area. We’re moving to the UAE soon and loved the Arabian Ranches area. The place was very spacious, clean and very close to the pool and golf course.

We had an incredible experience at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The space was exactly as described (even better), beautiful interior, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect and communication with the host was fantastic. It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!

Taimur was the best host in my life. Very friendly and helpful. Nicely located apartment next to the canal where you can walk in the evenings. Small restaurants and supermarkets are in short distance. Good gym. Highly recommended.

a great place to stay, whether short or long term. I was a bit worried when booking knowing it was a capsule hostel, however the capsule was spacious. place was clean and other guests were respectful for those looking for needed sleep. hrwat value for a good space! Nas is also a great host, although i didn't communicate with him much, when I did he was helpful. Will definitely stay here again when I come back!
