A perfect getaway with top-notch hospitality—can’t wait to visit again!

one of the great stays i have been to. even though it's not so highly rated, if you are looking to spend some quality time with family and friends, this can be your ideal location. proactive host who will give you the warmest welcome. definitely Recommended.

Nice place and excellent location. The house is right on the beach. There was a nice breeze at the night from the sea. One of the rooms has a great balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean.

My absolute favourite stay, so glad I picked to stay at Linford's. I felt completely at home, thanks to the hospitality from him and his loveliest family. The room was exactly as pictured, a view of trees all around. It's a quiet neighbourhood, but felt very safe even as a solo traveller (had the cosiest sleep I had in days). The place was neat and all basics (& more) were available. Spent all my mornings, sipping tea in the balcony and reading/writing or getting lost in my thoughts. It was the most homely I felt at any stay. Also, the walk to someshwara beach, which is near from here, is beautifully laden with huge trees. Linford is an excellent host who understands what travellers need - a safe, clean and comfortable stay, and that's what he delivered. I was even lucky to be given a send off by his lovely mother. Spent a wholesome few days at the stay!

What an amazing find for us! The place overlooks the ocean and that's an amazing view to wake up to. The roar of the ocean is audible from the room. The rooms are very well done. They are spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is quite big and has all the amenities. There's a kettle in each room. The balcony is beautiful. The house itself is so welcoming and tastefully done. The caretaker is very helpful and always available. The common areas are great for eating. Overall, this was a brilliant experience and I can't think of any reason why I wouldn't pick this again. Will come back. Having your own transport would be really helpful.

the villa is beautiful with separate spacious rooms connected through beautiful atrium with live plants. Our room was on the east side facing courtyard, which is beautifully landscaped. The room was spacious, clean, and has beautiful contemporary furnishing. the host offers complimentary breakfast, which had idli, sambar, puri and chutney, cereal and toast. it was fresh and tasty. the pro property is close to the lighthouse walkable from the beach. I would recommend!!!

Beautiful location, fantastic home, a swimming pool that is too good and to top it all off, the service thar Nithesh and the housekeeping ladies provide is exemplary. Our family of 6 loved every minute and did not want to leave. We will be back.

Hi! We were friends of 5( 6 can easily fit in) stayed comfortable over here. The place is at walkable distance from malpe beach. The host was quite responsive. Very good Value for the given price.

Edward organized a great stay for us specifically a great campfire at the evening time. We had a great time at the property - beautiful beach right in front!! Edward also took an interest in our itenirary. Hanumanthiah the helper at home deserves a mention - he made multiple teas and coffees for us and also Maggie. Overall was a great experience!

We loved this place! The location is great - it is nestled between a beach on one side and a river on the other. The caretakers on location were extremely helpful and sweet. The house is beautiful and spotless. This is a great place for a large group, with plenty of beds and bathrooms. There are some restaurants a few mins away from where food can be ordered for pick up. The host was responsive and provided local recommendations. We had a wonderful time here and definitely deserves a thumbs up.
