Casinha linda e recém reformada. Tudo novinho e com um projeto simples, buziano e aconchegante. A localização é ótima pra quem adora a praia de Geribá. Um lugar calmo e pitoresco onde você estara bem proximo a lojas, restaurantes, bares, boates e praias incríveis. Temos 6 vagas de autos para todo o condomínio e o uso e por ordem de chegada, mas a rua de acesso é particular sem saída e com guarita.
