Casa very good We like it a lot, I spent a few days with my family, the kids loved the pool

Very well equipped, clean and beautiful. Spectacular view. The building is always in perfect condition. The receptionists are all very friendly and decisive. The location is excellent, 5/10 minutes from the center on foot and 5 minutes on foot from Praia dos Ossos and Azeda, 10 minutes on foot from Joao Fernández. Very nice area for walking, full of restaurants, markets, pharmacies and bars. We would definitely come back!

I can say that we felt at home. Everything that was advertised was in agreement. The apartment is great, everything is very clean, it has everything we need in the kitchen, bed linen, bath. It has beach chairs and umbrellas. Bedroom closet and dresser that fits all the clothes we brought. A delightful balcony overlooking the main avenue. All nearby commerce and the beach are just a step away from the apartment. The building staff always request, giving all the information we want with politeness and promptness. As for Michele, a lovely hostess, concerned with our well-being, always asking if we needed anything. I highly recommend it, everything was perfect. We thank Michele for all the attention. We'll be back soon.

Very nice house, close to Ferradura beach, ideal for groups or large families!!!

Great location, close to all the best beaches. Beautiful house. The upstairs rooms are more comfortable, the bottom room has access via stairs. The electric shower of the lower bedroom was broken but was promptly repaired (resistance change). A Rute that served us is a special and talented person, it was a pleasure to live with her and try her recipes, including a delicious moqueca! I think the space is worth it but do not wait for super luxury, but rather a clean and functional house with an extraordinary view.

Beautiful house and very comfortable. I would come back anyway , aside it was my wedding and we were just a few steps away from where this beautiful celebration was.

All the communication with Ricardo, Mari and Simone was very well done, they gave us local recommendations and a lot of information. The apartment is very nice, with an airy space and excellent leisure area. The only burden is to the toilets of two suites, which are very small, but small people will have no problem with that. The whole check-in and check-out process was very easy, and they even let us put our bags inside the apt before check in time. Overall an excellent stay.

Excellent accommodation, perfect location, in the trendiest neighborhood of the city and close to everything. The hosts are very polite, helpful and available. I definitely recommend it and will be back soon!

The house and setting are more breathtaking than the photos allow to show. I've been to Buzios several times and this was definitely the best choice.

Our stay was great! All the questions we had were answered promptly by Amanda, who attended us very well. The electronic key is a convenience, as it removes the worry of carrying the keys to the beach. The photos of the apartment correspond exactly to what we found when we arrived. A comfortable and quiet space, as it is further away from the pool and common areas.

I and my family loved the accommodation. The place is perfect, nor do you need to take the car to go to the beach. And at the same time the place is quiet to rest. the apartment has everything you need. The 3 bedrooms with suite is great for large family like mine. Everything was clean and organized. It is certainly the best choice in Peró, ah very close to the beach of the shells as well. Perfect location. The barbecue and indoor pool guaranteed the family barbecue so much amanos. Eliezer was i Excellent host, always ready to answer questions. I hope to return soon.

We loved the accommodation, the house was clean and organized, everything as advertised. The location of the house is privileged because in addition to being in front of the beach, the Peró neighborhood has shops, kiosks and leisure options at night as well. The host Irani, from the first contact, was very polite and asked to answer my questions. The experience went beyond expectations. I highly recommend it!

We went from Copenhagen to Cabo Frio to visit my family, we thought the apartment was cozy from the photos and decided to rent it. It was the best thing we did! Our 16-night stay was wonderful in the apartment. We felt at home. Everything was clean, organized. The apartment couldn't be in a better location than this. Leaving the building, you are already on the beachfront. Close to everything, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, banks, etc. A 15-minute walk along the edge of Forte beach, you reach the charming neighborhood of Passagem. The communication between us and the managers was pleasant, always attentive to whether the customer needs something, a 10 for you. For those who will stay in the apartment. Wear comfortable sneakers for walking along the beach in the evening. Wake up early, don't miss the sunrise on the Beachfront. Excellent location, facing the sea, pharmacy, bakery and market nearby. The space was clean and organized, with air conditioning, micro waves. This was our second stay and we would be back for sure.

Flat really foot in the sand, very cozy,clean, new td, safe. Anderson was waiting for us,he was very helpful and attentive. The neighborhood is great, I only found the streets without lighting, only the waterfront was well lit. But it was a great experience. We will definitely indicate and come back, God willing.

Otimo place to stay. Close to markets, bakeries, less than 5 min walk to the beach. It's worth it, I'll definitely come back more often. Victor is a great host, flexible with check-in and check-out times. The place is very quiet and familiar. I recommend it

Beautifully cared for apartment and it is exactly as in the pictures. In addition, the kitchen is quite complete. Not to mention that it is very close to the best entrance to the beach, if you want to go to the bathroom or pick something up at the Ap, it's pretty quick! Another positive point: it is facing a fair with good food and fun for children at night. Good restaurants and markets nearby. Market for quick shopping in front of the apartment. Apartment balcony makes it well ventilated, clear and comfortable. Finally, we had a great experience with the apartment and the availability of Ceiça. It's worth the investment for everything the apartment offers.
