Our family home since 1956, when it was designed and built by local life long residents Louie and Roberta. Mid-century style floor plan with generously sized spaces offer an excellent blend of space and comfort. The family's connection to the Northwest art movement of Fishtown and Skagit valley artist can be observed on the walls of the home. Enjoy the views and serenity or take the short stroll to downtown. Father and son team have taken great care to update the home with all modern amenities.

The Bit & Bridle Cabin bids you welcome!

The Bit & Bridle Cabin has that out-in-the-country feel, yet it is only minutes from Oak Harbor's town center. This small 17 acres farm provides Donna's horses room to play and live and Stan's Autobody & Paint Shop a place to thrive. Other buildings besides the Cabin and the owners' house are a covered riding arena, Stan Wingate's shop, a "Fowl Manor" and run, and a small family residence. Ten beautiful old apple trees are scattered around. The Cabin is next to one of the apple orchards.

A rustic cabin with incredible views and just steps to the beach. Sleeps 2 - or 4 if you have children. It has everything you need for a sweet getaway: a queen bed in the loft, double futon in the living space, propane cook stove, and an outdoor space with a fire pit, two hammocks and a BBQ. There is a burn ban on outdoor fires from July 1 until who knows when. But you can still BBQ.
