Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Shenandoah County

Such a lovely place to stay if you want some seclusion in the mountains! The hot tub was the best part. Super comfy bed. Overall I really enjoyed my time here.

Sarah's place is located in a very peaceful area. We enjoyed the hot tub and sitting in rocking chairs on a porch. We had our meals on the deck overlooking the woods that gave us the feeling of being on a campout Kitchen is well equipped and easy to "navigate" with marked cabinets. Absolutely loved to browse Sarah's library and the 'Humans' book. The fire pit was lovely but unfortunately we were not able to use it due to the drought conditions. Would love to return in the near future.

My family was thrilled with their peaceful retreat in the mountains. Brenda made my mother’s birthday an enjoyable and unforgettable weekend. She made sure to hang a birthday banner for her, provided clear and thorough instructions on how to use all the amenities and the house was well-equiped with everything that a family needs. My family and I will definitely be coming back. The scenery is beautiful, quiet and spacious. We are eternally grateful for an amazing experience and happy to have spent some time away from the busy and loud city. Thank you!

The house was impressively clean. It was very private, and had a good amount of space for our family. We found our stay to be very comfortable. The space was well supplied. Nicole‘s communication was excellent, and we had an easy time getting in and checking out. It was in close driving proximity to Shenandoah national Park and downtown Luray which we enjoyed.

I needed a place that my family, from out of state, could stay while attending a graduation. The house was perfect! I told Bob what I wanted to do and he was encouraging and helpful. He made sure we had propane for grilling and answered all my questions. He was very prompt when I reached out to him. We had an amazing time. I would stay there again.

Mike was an excellent host! Very friendly and personable. His place was beautiful! Highly recommend it! It was a perfect retreat to escape the city! Looking forward to stay here again! Everything was very clean!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The home is incredible–so peaceful and beautifully designed, with every detail thoughtfully put together. It felt like a perfect escape. Hannah and Brian were very helpful, kind, and responsive throughout our entire stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely love to come back!

Mark had a gorgeous property, perfectly appointed and pristine. He was a superb host, very responsive and so helpful. The forested lot provides a peaceful and private location just a short hike to the Shenandoah River. The surrounding natural beauty and wildlife were the highlight of our stay. Such a beautiful spot! Definitely a hideaway cabin! I do want to emphasize if you aren’t used to up the mountain/trail drive and you have a car - borrow the SUV! Thankfully we had an SUV but to help us get up the mountain we were in trail mode. The place was clean and quiet! Perfect getaway. Close to things to do! Highly recommend Triple Crown BBQ in Luray. Apple House for the donuts in Front Royal. Absolutely the bakery “Main Street Bakery” in Luray!

The only part of the stay that didn't get 5 stars was that it wasn't quite as secluded as I'd hoped for. There are a number of homes on the road to the cabin, and a thin line of trees breaks the view. Admittedly unless you're looking for the other houses you don't notice them, so I got past that quickly enough. That said, the cabin was perfect, clean, cozy and everything worked as stated. Having grown up in the country, but living in a city now, I felt the stress melt away as soon as I stepped into the massive yard where my son and I spent a lot of time playing soccer and other sports. My son and wife really enjoyed the hot tub. The location is 15 minutes away from Luray which meant that the stars were amazing for the brief break in the clouds we got, but that it was close enough to get groceries and take out as needed. Plus it's about 20 minutes away from Front Royal so there are places to go and enjoy like Skyline or Luray Caverns. Jackie was a great and responsive host!

The house is on the top of a hill overlooking the valley...the view is amazing. Very private, very secluded, but only about 5 miles off the interstate. The host is very quick to respond to messages. This is a great house for a family trip, the layout was perfect. Everybody loved the basement most of all. The hot tub and the shuffleboard were big hits. The refrigerator and the coffee maker were excellent. I’m looking at getting the same coffee maker because we liked it so much. They could use a few more place settings of plates and silverware, a few more utensils. There’s plenty of seating and the WiFi is great. We would definitely stay there again!

The cabin was cozy and just as described. We had a lovely stay for three nights. All of the furnishings were modern and clean. The hot tub was truly a standout feature and so relaxing after a day of hiking in Shenandoah NP. Thanks for the great stay.

Stay was great! Peaceful getaway but still close to food/ towns. House was extremely clean and comfortable and if you have to unfortunately work internet was great. Had a few small issues and hosts were immediately responsive and jumped into action and checked in. Lots of good hiking trails by as well that are pet friendly. Would definitely stay again.
