It contains a king bed, chair & work desk; kitchen with fridge, sink, hob and microwave and all necessary crockery and utensils etc; wardrobe, drawers; bathroom with good size shower; wifi TV and USB sockets; its own central heating and hot water systems and modern decor. Towels, tea-towels, soap, washing up liquid and bed linen provided along with some basic food items such as salt/pepper, teabags, coffee, sugar, squash, etc

Annexe - Unique house with an art & design vibe

Comfortable self-contained annexe for one/two recently redecorated throughout. Attached to a beautifully presented house with rooms with an art and design vibe. High speed fibre broadband. Large nature-friendly garden. This annexe is part of an original house featured in the Energy World exhibition in 1986 and was one of the three 'Gas' show homes with state of the art energy efficient features. Things of course have moved on since then :-)

The host was very friendly. When I first arrived, he greeted me very warmly and told me where to park. Then I met a person who wrote a note to my boyfriend's car for two consecutive days. He generously let my boyfriend park in his parking space. The solution was very timely. At the same time, he also asked the people in the community. No one admitted who wrote it!But I really appreciate the host. It's really great. I'll choose to stay at his house again.

Many thanks to Shabnam for the one night stay. Was a late booking and she was technically not free, but still made sure to accommodate me for an important early event the next day. Was flexible for a late check in which was made even later by train disruption. Room was clean and comfortable, linen and bathroom supplies provided, as well as a fan which in this 30 degree heat I was extremely pleased to see. Cannot fault the stay or host. Thanks again for your hospitality.

I had a wonderful 3-month stay at Vinod’s place with my dog, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Vinod is an amazing host, warm, friendly, and always attentive. He consistently checked in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay. His kids were also lovely, very respectful, kind, and a joy to be around. The house is perfectly located, with all essential amenities just a short walk away there is a lovely coffee shop, a Co-op for groceries, and several great takeaway spots. The neighborhood is vibrant and welcoming, with a beautiful canal nearby that quickly became our favorite walking route. My dog and I enjoyed our daily strolls there immensely. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Codie, was a great host very friendly and responded very quickly. House is lovely and always very warm. The bed was comfortable and house is very large and spacious with lot's of room in the kitchen and the lounge with dinning room are nice to relax in. The house is also fully detached and in a very quiet area.
