An ideal base to explore the local areas including many walks, pubs , restaurants, golf clubs and other tourist attractions such as Stonehenge and Paultons Park/Peppa Pig World . Down a little no through lane this self contained annexe to our house is on the Monarch's Way in a quiet, rural position just 3 miles from the cathedral city of Salisbury. The River Bourne runs close by. The ground floor annexe has a modern but peaceful bedroom with en-suite shower, separate kitchen/living area with double doors on to the patio & a sitting room with sofa bed. Parking for one or two cars. Convenient for anyone working at Porton Down & is 10 minutes from Salisbury by car.

Shepherds Pye - Lakeside Retreat In The New Forest

Shepherd's Pye is a unique, 1920's Railway Carriage. Rescued from a local farm as a neglected frame, it has been lovingly restored by ourselves into a cosy, modern retreat on the edge of the New Forest. The hut is set in a secluded, private spot on our farm overlooking a lake. It is self contained and finished to a high standard; including a comfy double bed, heating, mains electrics and a fully equipped kitchen and en-suite bathroom, supplying all you need for rural yet comfortable stay.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

King size bed & full-size bath with rain shower. From your private deck with log burner you will see various wildlife species and watch the stars at night.
