Great hospitality, great views & hotel in your room, just like the pictures. I was very impressed from the time I checked in. Even though it was too early to arrive, I went ahead and gave me a welcome drink on the rooftop. The receptionist was Chinese, but very friendly and Japanese is OK.Thank you for your proactive response. It was a consecutive night, but we cleaned it once every two days. I'm also happy with the yukata rental service. And the tote bag that was distributed by the service that was very active.It was a strong side of big luggage. The location is not bad either. I'm relieved that it is also close to Oshiage Station. It is an exit in the opposite direction from the Skytree side, so it is not crowded and stress free. The subway Hanzomon Line is recommended to the city center. Kinshicho Station is more open than the JR line transfer JR line, so you can sit. There are supermarkets, convenience stores nearby, local shops, public baths, and downtown. Regarding the room, it was a type that could be separated into two rooms, but the whole thing was compact and compact, so the sound was not as preventable as I expected.Like the sound of the TV. The storage where the refrigerator is hidden is lovely. Japanese-style room tatami mats are also modern, and you can pull the stall and come down automatically and come down and be surprised. Laundry drying hangers were also a one-touch sliding hanger. In fact, there was laundry left by other guests, so I was unable to do laundry.(I was able to collect it from the receptionist and washed it.) It was inconvenient to take the laundry to the rooftop. Also, the entrance entrance was strange. I put my shoes in the shoe box and the inside of the building is slippers, but I can only take off my shoes and access the shoe box, so I get to the ground. The carpet is on, but you can step on your shoes, so is it beautiful or dirty...? Just before I left, my child dropped a glass and broke it, but the receptionist said it would be good ~, but after confirming by phone, I was charged 2,000 yen after I checked on the phone.It's too expensive... Last but not least, it was good, but other than that it was good.

Reina's place is great overall, the lady at the reception can communicate in Chinese, which is more convenient, and the service is great👍. The location is excellent, a few minutes walk from Oshiage Station, surrounded by large supermarkets; we live on the 5th floor, the view is very good, you can see skytree, the facilities in the house are very good, the bedding is clean and soft, the kitchenware is complete, especially there is a big dining table, great!

First about the host, Max is communicative and responsive to our questions and requests. He also gave clear information on how to reach the location and how to check-in. Then about the location, it's near the Komagome JR station and a bit of more walk to the Komagome Metro station for Namboku line (can transit at Korakuen for others). But my favorite thing about the location is that there are really good small shops around it e.g. Mugiwara, a local sweet little pasta restaurant staffed by old couple for dinner; Chamonix and Mugibatake, local bakeshops with lots of bread varieties where you can have a relaxed breakfast; and if you walk farther there is also a really nice pasta restaurant Kobaya with long queue. There are also supermarkets nearby for easy shopping. But you have to be aware the roads are not flat with ups and downs, will be challenging especially with luggage. Overall nice place to be a base camp for your adventure and quite peaceful for a good rest after a long day.

Friendly service, very clean

This is definitely going to be our go to place to stay whenever we visit Tokyo. Great location, not to far from the station, surrounded by a convenience store such as Seven Eleven, Family Mart and also small restaurant. The most important thing is Kelly as a host is extremely helpful, responsive and even give us a local recommendation whic really help. The place it self just like what you’re see in the picture.

Super clean apartment in great location near Mitsukoshi and Coredo. Perfect for young families with the kids sleeping on tatamis. A perfect launchpad for the rest of Tokyo

The room was dusty and dirt in several places, but it was okay if I cleaned it lightly. Other than that, I'm satisfied.
