Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Shilin District

I travel often and use Airbb most of the time. Charles is the most receptive and caring host I've ever experienced, feom booking until leaving. His description was accurate, checkin was easy, and the price worth every penny. Comfy bed, clean, and in the middle of everything. Anytime I find myself in Taipei, my trip will be based around the availability of Charles' apartment!

The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a great base for my trip, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in Taipei!

The location, the host's response, and the apartment itself were just perfect. The cleanliness of the apartment, of course, but there was nothing lacking in the kitchen or bathroom, which made the host feel everywhere. There are several parks nearby, so it is recommended for families with children.

great location. stayed here twice, both time the unit was clean and quiet. between 2 subway stations and accisible to 3 different subway lines.

Easy to find, great place to stay for small group. Looked like the photos and in an easily walkable area.

The hosts are very kind & made me feel home. Helped me with the restaurant nearby, which is within the budget, and it really tastes good. I am travelling with my mother-in-law, who is 80 yrs old, and the hosts allowed us to check in early. The place is cozy, clean, and comfortable to stay. It was an amazing experience, and we are looking forward to be back soon.

Ming Chun was so nice and super accommodating the entire trip! They allowed us to check-in and cleaned the room for us a few hours early and was so kind when we had to get the house key replaced. If I’m ever back in Taiwan, will definitely come back!

Great location with a lot of space inside!

Perfect spot for laid back exploration. Easily accessible with the Red Line MRT, super close to the Shilin night market, great restaurants in the area, very walkable. It was the perfect location for us. The apartment is a great size for two people and you can’t beat it for budget travel. Quiet building and an upper floor facing away from the night market keeps the street noise low. My wife and I will stay here again if available.

It looks just like the pictures. It’s a great place to say for one person or a couple. The view from the room is beautiful. The shower and especially the hot tub were wonderful. It’s a good place to relax for a few days and easy to get to Tamsui Old street from the room.

Really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb! The hosts were so welcoming, responsive and flexible about our arrival time. They gave us a great rundown of the apartment, plus some New Year places recommendations. Totally recommend this place if you're looking for friendly and helpful hosts!

I had a great stay at Jane’s place. It’s the perfect location. Close to a lot of great restaurants, bars, and a short walk to the Shilin night market. But still quiet. We never heard the MRT or traffic from the apartment. I would recommend this place for a comfortable visit.

The host was very comfortable. My colleague in TW said this area is good for eating and the transportation is nice. It is good that Gordon provide all personal cleaning stuff. Shampoo shower gel toothbrush towel, please let me know where u get the shower gel, it's awesome😄👍🏻

Overall our staying was comfortable. The host is nice and easy to communicate. Plenty of restaurants and shops around. The only drawback is the bin next to wash machine had small flys around and they are hard to get rid of with.

Although it was on the side of the road, it was not noisy as it was pre-determined, there was a market and convenient store downstairs, the typhoon spent two days here without worrying about food, safe and comfortable residence

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. So worth it for a few days in Taipei. Sunny was an incredible host and the apartment was spotless when we got there. Being able to check in at 12 was also amazing. There are lots of really good food places around the apartment and the there are several bus stops within walking distance. The metro is about a 20 minute walk away.

Stayed for the second time, this time in a smaller room (only shower, no bathtub) and it was just as comfortable.

We arrived in Taipei for a sporting event and chose the house because of its proximity to our arena. Yalin has always been available to answer all our questions quickly and courteously. The house is large, spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay; we also found the house in perfect order and impeccably clean. Yalin also allowed us to check in earlier than expected! Nearby, a few minutes' walk away, there are shops, shopping centers and places to eat well for a few dollars. Great stay!

absolutely. we would stay again for sure. it was small but all we needed for our stay. we added days to our stay on two occasions as Jojo was so friendly and accommodating. thanks Jojo for everything. hope to see you again.
