There are a Japanese-style room with horigotatsu, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a toilet on the 1st floor. There are two Japanese-style rooms on the 2nd floor. You can relax here laying futons, Japanese-style mattresses and blankets, on the floor. (Futons are 210-cm long.) All rooms are clean and cozy.

｢Tabitabi Kawama｣is located between Kamo-river and Takase-river, and the word 〝Kawama〞means inter-river in Japanese. On the second floor, there is a specially-built independent balcony facing to Kamo-river. Opening the window, you could enjoy the breeze from the Kamo-river, to feel the charm of the mother river "Kamogawa" Kyoto. The design of house is based on the traditional Japanese style, such as wallpaper made of tinfoil and traditional tatami.
