Our 3-bedroom home is 200 sq. meters (2153 sq. feet) large and is a marriage between traditional Japanese architecture and modern technology and comfort. The home is accessible from Tokyo and other major cities via the Shinkansen bullet train or Joshin-etsu Expressway.

Asama Mori is a private onsen property located in an exclusive resort in Kita-Karuizawa. Our villa is hidden in abundant nature that changes with the beautiful colors of the seasons. The pure hot spring water is sourced directly from nearby iconic Mount Asama. This mineral rich water is blessed with many healing properties. You can choose to rest and relax in this large comfortable home or explore the area. Kita-Karuizawa has much to offer and our property is the perfect place to call home.

The Guest House Japan Asama was produced by the team used to work for a well known airline marketing team. The main concepts of the stay are "nature", "specious" and "hospitality". Guests can enjoy natural private onsens in the large size villa located in the national park. The private villa has 2 floors and each floor has over 120 square meters. The highlights of the villa are stone bath at inside of the villa and cypress bath at outside. Enjoy our natural onsen at both inside and outside!

Powder Peaks is an ideal getaway to explore spectacular Mt. Myoko. Our house can accommodate up to 12 guests, and it is just a short 5 minutes drive to the ski lifts as well as all restaurants in Akakura Onsen. It was originally built as a family house in 1987. We purchased this little place in 2019 to transform it into a self contained chalet. We have preserved much of the original feel, but hope that you find the renovations have made the house convenient and comfortable for your stay.

The newly built wooden deck features an open-window barrel sauna and a cold plunge bath made from natural wood, offering a soothing and relaxing experience.
