Built in 2020, this guest room is located on the second floor of an apartment in a prime location just a 4-minute walk from Kita-Shinagawa Station. It is a 15-minute train ride from JR Shinagawa Station to Shibuya Station and Tokyo Station. Shinjuku Station is also about 20 minutes away, so access is very good. The room, where you can stay with family or friends, is 30 m² and has a kitchen, a bathroom (with a bathtub), and a living room. Based on the concept of "a home that will delight family and friends," the facility is fully equipped with furniture and appliances (TV, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, etc.), so we provide a space where even long-term travelers can relax as if they were at home. There is a baby crib, a baby bath, and cushions on the corners of the furniture, and we have created a space where families with small children can enjoy a worry-free trip. The location is in the Kita-Shinagawa shopping district of the former Tokaido, where you can enjoy a vibrant atmosphere. It is in a location with easy access to Tokyo's main tourist spots such as Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Harajuku, but it is also a quiet environment where you can relax and spend time with family and friends in the evening.
