★Room details★ - Square meters (56 ㎡) - 2 queen size beds, 2 futons - High speed Wi-Fi available - Washing machine, high-performance dryer, kitchen with cooking utensils, balcony, art ★ A private hideaway apartment located in a quiet residential neighborhood in the Meguro area of Tokyo ★ Just a few minutes walk from Meguro station on the JR Yamanote line. This room is in a location that combines "convenience" and "tranquility": while access to the city center is excellent, once you step into the alley, you find a quiet residential neighborhood where local life thrives. There are restaurants, convenience stores, and other facilities necessary for daily life nearby, making it a convenient location for both sightseeing and business.Major tourist spots are also accessible in just a few stops, making it the perfect base for sightseeing in Tokyo. At 56㎡, it is a fairly spacious space for an accommodation in Tokyo.Whether you are staying with your family or on a group trip, you can relax without feeling cramped. In addition to two queen beds, we also provide two futon sets, ensuring a comfortable sleeping environment even when the maximum number of guests are staying. The host has carefully selected art and decor throughout the room, creating a cozy space where you can "stay as if you live there," rather than just a place to stay.Playful art pieces such as works by Ronan Bouroullec and Ichiro Yamaguchi, as well as "RE BONSAI" by TOUFU TOKYO, adorn the walls, adding color to the space. The room fragrance is APFR's "TIMELESS", so you can enjoy a special moment from the moment you step into the room. The balcony is particularly popular with guests during their stay. After returning from an outing, and again in the morning, you can enjoy a luxurious time relaxing and unwinding while feeling the outside air. It is fully equipped with a washing machine and high-performance dryer, which are great for long-term trips and families with small children. It is also useful during seasons when clothes are slow to dry, or for those who do not want to increase their luggage after a long trip.We have actually received feedback such as, "I didn't plan to do laundry, but in the end, I used it many times, and it made my trip much easier." The kitchen is equipped with a full range of cooking utensils for preparing your own meals. We provide cutlery such as chopsticks, forks, spoons, knives, etc., plates, glasses, mugs, frying pans, pots, cutting boards, knives, cooking utensils such as spatulas, ladles, tongs, etc., and even dishwashing detergent and sponges, so you can cook on your own right away if you buy ingredients at a nearby supermarket or convenience store. You can also use delivery services such as Uber Eats in this area, so it's attractive that you can freely choose between eating out, cooking for yourself, or delivery according to your mood on the day. A Panasonic nanocare hair dryer, which is also a popular bestseller, is provided in the washroom area.High-speed WiFi is also available, so you can enjoy a comfortable internet environment for remote work, watching videos, etc. This room is a completely private room in an apartment building. There are no spaces shared with other guests, so you can enjoy complete privacy during your stay.It is a space where you can relax without hesitation for a trip with the whole family or a stay with close friends. [About cleaning] We clean before guests arrive. There is no cleaning during your stay, so please take care of cleaning and linen washing yourself. We have received many comments from guests who have stayed here, such as: "The location was great and getting around was very convenient", "It felt surprisingly spacious for a property in Tokyo", and "The host was polite and I felt safe during my stay".Whether it's for a business stay or a family trip to Tokyo, please experience this space as your "home away from home" where you can truly relax.
