House holiday rentals in Shinjuku Station

We loved the stay at Masato and Kaori's house. We went for a couple of days and the experience was very Japanese. The family that runs the guest house let us know about Japanese culture and their food. The barbecue was very complete and delicious and they are great chefs. Amazing and very, highly recommended

I had a very good stay, enjoying various sports in the large artificial lawn garden.

The pool, BBQ and sauna were super comfortable, and I was happy to have a bicycle.

Great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful. We had an issue with the dryer and the wifi and they were very responsive to help us resolve the issues. Train station was about a 5-7 minute walk from the listing so that was very convenient. Overall, great stay. Would recommend for a group of 6 or less, especially if there are couples to share beds.

This place was incredible. Having a FamilyMart 50m away from the house was so fun. Also the area is very walkable.

Our group of 7 fit comfortably and felt right at home. Shopping, food, and train stations were a close walk. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. I cannot recommend this home or our host enough.

It was a very clean room as shown in the photos, and I had a comfortable stay.There were plenty of towels and dishes, which I was very grateful for.I'd love to stay here again if I get the chance.

The air bath was excellent. There’s nothing quite like bathing and showering in nature warmly and sanitarily. The house is creatively designed, using every nook well. I enjoyed experiencing natural light from unexpected places. It’s quite the contrast to Shibuya, which we wanted so we could sleep well. Yet, it is still surrounded by cool cultural and spiritual things from shops to food to Shinto shrines and sanctuaries. I would definitely stay again!

Kyoko's place was perfect for our large family. We had our four adult boys with us, and there was plenty of space for everyone in this newer unit. The kitchen and laundry machines were essential for our longer stay. The location is more of a local neighborhood, which we preferred. Easy access to Shinjuku and Shibuya, but the nearby neighborhoods and access to Shimokitazawa was really nice as an alternative to the overpopulated areas. Kyoko had great local recommendations and we felt at home in the markets, izakayas and ramen shops nearby. Thank you so much!

The room is very clean, the surroundings are very bustling, if you like Korean food, staying here is simply heaven, Jang and Kate are both very nice. Tokyo is really too humid, the duvet is a bit humid, if it can be handled well, it is a perfect place to stay after traveling.

Nice and spacious place within walking distance of everything necessary, while also being in a nice calm quiet neighbourhood. Also the host is very nice and responds really fast!

This is our home away from home in Tokyo. Each time we stay here, we’re welcomed with such warmth and generosity—delicious treats, thoughtful drinks, and even lovely gifts. This is our second visit, and we were touched to find that the host not only remembered our preferences but had also kindly kept some of our belongings from last time. Although we’ve never met in person, they already feel like family to us. We highly recommend this place and will always look forward to returning

Quite possibly our favorite Airbnb! Mariko’s place was immaculate, efficient and so comfortable. We traveled as a family of four with 2 late teen sons. We all had plenty of space and loved the large living room, wonderful top floor master suite and rooftop deck. But the highlight was the bathroom! We couldn’t get enough of the spa and shower room. The location is perfect with easy walking access to Meiji shrine, Shinjuku and transit hubs. Mariko was an extraordinary host and provided so many thoughtful touches and amenities. My husband even made homemade bread for breakfast! Thank you for a wonderful stay. If Mariko’s place is available for your trip, book it now!

The home was beautiful with lots of great features for a family of 5. The host was incredibly kind and helpful with lots of local recommendations. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time staying in the apartment as guests of Yasuko and Tadasuke for a week. It was one of our best stays in Tokyo so far! They were both really heartwarming and caring. They prepared cold tea and sweets for our arrival, made sure we had everything we needed, and invited us for dinner. Yasuko even got up very early the morning we left to say goodbye and give us some freshly made onigiri for our trip. The apartment itself was perfect, too! It had a lot of space, was cozy, and had the most comfortable bed linens. It was also in a great neighborhood. We will definitely come back!

We just spent an amazing 4 days at Yawen’s place and we were lucky to find her place available. The house has everything you need and the most comfortable beds. There are plenty of convenience stores in the neighborhood and a beautiful park nearby. We took the bus and the train to the main cities in Tokyo, to visit the temples and sightseeing. But if you like to walk, Shinjuku is close enough with plenty of restaurants, massage places and major retail options within walking distance. But most importantly, we had an unbelievable host, Yawen. She checked on us daily and provided plenty of recommendations, clear instructions for everything around the house and helpful tips for our first visit to Japan. We will definitely come back.

Nice quiet neighbourhood, close to the train station making it easy to get in and out of Tokyo. Made us aware of possible noise from the people living upstairs prior to confirming our booking, so we knew what to expect. We were out most of the day, and too tired at night to care about the noise! Apartment was nice and clean and was just like the photos. Happy to stay there again.

Miho is a spectacular host! The home was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family of 9. It was a perfect walking distance from Shibuya while also nestled in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Miho was also very responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. It was so simple! Miho also was very accommodating with proving a spot to store our luggage after check out for a few hours. They went above and beyond our expectations! If you are looking for wonderful place to stay near Shibuya look no further!! 🤩

Situated in a wonderful neighborhood, it's easy to get to Grandma's from anywhere in greater Tokyo. The flat is nestled in a sympathetic and walkable residential area, full of parks, shrines, temples and little shops; numerous stations on various train-, streetcar- and bus lines lie in all directions - so the location is superior. The house itself has been remodelled, preserving much of its original character. The modern bathroom is spacious, and enjoyable, the kitchen perfectly functional. The upstairs bedrooms are flooded with light at daytime, the beds good/quite firm. The main bedroom has a small balcony. By contrast the downstairs area (kitchen/living) area is by nature darker, day and night. The kitchen table has plastic chairs that are comfortable enough for eating and brief socialising, but the ground floor lacks the comfortable furniture and natural light that might beckon guests to linger and lounge. As a home base to sleep, the place is great.

Akiyo provided great instructions to locate and access the Airbnb. It had everything we needed. There is a Lawson’s, 7/11 and the train station is a short distance away (~10 minutes). My family and I enjoyed our stay.

Overall everything is great and good. Clean and spotless furniture and floor , Amenities complete for us using a few days there. Maybe advice about the toilet mat is abit slippery so better dont put that.
