Nice fully renovated studio-style apartment located in a basement, with private entrance and parking. The entrance to access it is on the opposite side of the area used by the owners. The bedroom has a King bed and a small living area. It has a full kitchen and a workspace. Located 2 minutes from downtown and all services. It should be noted that the accommodation is located within my house (separated by a locked door) and we live upstairs.
